8 Quality Assessment system: Recognition system Objectives provide insight in the quality and effectiveness of interventions create an upwards pressure in quality improvement How? Organizations can submit an intervention using a standard submission form Dual quality assessment

9 Dual Quality Assessment: Dutch Recognition System 1. an assessment of the description of the intervention by health promotion practitioners 2. an assessment of the theoretical basis and/or effectiveness of the intervention by a recognition committee (representatives from science, practice and policy) June 2014
