5 CASSIS Database - The complete database is resident on the laptop (< 1 Gb) - Mysqlite Format (no need of any extra software) Use of JPL, CDMS and NIST databases Adding of other parameters used by CASSIS Eup, Aij,... Ortho-Para separation for a few species (H 2 O, H 2 S...) - Allows a quick access with various sorting - Regular updates to reflect new entries in the databases - Can be populated separately by each user (expert mode) 5

11 DPC PLANCK Ancillary data : data-base & manipulation Tools A data-base of large-scale extended emission used for automated analysis of extended emission Ancillary Data : An homogeneous set of extended emission data, using a single pixelization scheme of the full spherical sky (Healpix: Hierarchical Equal Area pixelization) Data taken from existing large scale surveys, projected to Healpix using a dedicated reprojection scheme (drizzeling) guarantying photometric accuracy Includes data errors Addition of meta-data allowing automated processing of the ancillary data A preliminary data repository: Includes IR-FIR (IRAS, MSX, COBE), HI (CGPS), extinction (AVDO)... + restricted access (not publicaly available) data Ancillary data to become available through the VO tools for extended emission data manipulation (Aladin) Used in many large scale studies with Spitzer, Planck, Herschel,... 11
