8 LÖWEN CENTRE Dietikon, Switzerland ROYAL BANK OF SCOTLAND (RBS) MERCEDES-BENZ Warsaw, Poland METROPOL Istanbul, Turkey London, UK Since 987, we are responsible for the property management of the Löwen Center in Dietikon, a suburb of Zurich which has 25,000 inhabitants. The Center is situated in the middle of the town and contains 5,700 m2 of retail, 700 m2 office, medical practice space and 7 apartments. Due to the high footfall the center is of significance for the main food retailer Migros. In addition to the long-standing property management contract with Zurich, our management team was mandated to provide an assessment of the future of retail rental activities at the Centre. Bilfinger GVA Real Estate is appointed by Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS) to be their single real estate partner for their entire UK & Ireland portfolio. We have worked with RBS for over 5 years and have recently been appointed on a five year contract which incorporates our existing estates management, lease consultancy, valuation and building work, with the new service lines won, which include all transactional work together with exit costs and business rates. Bilfinger GVA Real Estate are retained by Mercedez - Benz in Poland to provide fully integrated property services to their main headquarter building in Warsaw. This 2,000 square meter building was constructed in 2004 and provides both office and showroom space. Bilfinger GVA Real Estate provide commercial and technical advice including property management and facility management services including advising the owner of the building. This major 960 million construction project featured several residential and office towers, a three-story shopping mall with a 400 m long shopping street for international luxury brands, an entertainment area including a cinema complex, restaurants and cafés as well as 3,000 parking spaces measuring 0 hectares in Istanbul s Ataşehir district. Bilfinger GVA Real Estate is responsible for managing all of the 350 retail units and 20,000 sq m of retail space including comprehensive environment and market analysis, leasing, as well as centre and property management. 8

The portfolio includes properties belonging to the bank s headquarters:- City Haus at Platz der Republik and the Westend Tower at Westendstraße, both located in the city centre of Frankfurt. KOOPGOOT Rotterdam, Netherlands The Koopgoot Mall is managed by Bilfinger Real Estate and is an open air mall located beneath street level connecting the shopping streets Hoogstraat and Lijnbaan and is the largest mall of its kind in Rotterdam. The shopping outlet has a total space of 4,400 sq m and features global brands including H&M, ZARA, Lacoste, Esprit and Vanilla.
