1 E- Auction Sale notice to General Public Whereas under Section 13(2) of the Securitization and Reconstruction of financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act 2002, the Authorized Officer had issued demand notice dated to the borrowers / Guarantors / Obligants, and subsequently Authorized Officer has taken possession of the under mentioned secured assets on after causing possession notice on under section 13(4) of the said Act in respect of the credit facilities granted to S V Agencies (herein after referred to as borrower ). It has been decided to sell the secured asset mentioned hereunder through E-Auction for realization of the secured debts due to Punjab National Bank amounting to Rs.78,55, (Rupees Seventy Eight Lacs fifity five thousand Nine Hundred Eighy Only ) as on plus future interest / charges / other costs incurred by the bank thereon with effect from till final payment / realization. The auction sale will be done by Online through e-auction portal 4. The Bidders are also advised to go through the portal and for detailed terms and conditions for e-auction sale before submitting their bids and taking part in the E-Auction sale proceedings and or contact Shri N Ramachandran, Chief Manager, the authorized Officer, Mobile no: The interested bidders have to remit the Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) by way of by RTGS/NEFT to Account (IFSC: PUNB ) in the name of PNBARMBCHENNAIEAUCTION, on or before Thereafter, on deposit of EMD the bidders shall submit 1. The interested bidders are required to obtain login ID and Password well in advance, which is mandatory for e- bidding from the Nodal Officer ( / / ), Circle Office, II & III Floor, 46-49,R H Road, Chennai The login Id and password would be sent through address as provided by the bidder. In case the bidder has not received the same, he should contact the Nodal officer through the above land line numbers. 8. Only those bidders holding valid user ID & Password and confirmed payment of EMD through NEFT/RTGS shall be eligible to participate in the on line e auction. 9. The Authorized Officer reserves the right to accept any or reject all bids, if not found acceptable or to postpone /cancel / adjourn / discontinue or vary the terms of the auction at any time without assigning any reason whatsoever and his decision in this regard shall be final. 10. The Participating Bidder shall improve the offer in multiples of Rs.25,000/-(Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only). Bidders have to make their own arrangements for accessing the e-auction site on the date & time as mentioned above. Bidders are also advised to make their bids within 5 minutes after the last bid as the auction will come to a close if there are no bids during the last 5 minutes of the closing time. However if there is a new bid during the last 5 minutes of the closing time, the e-auction will get extended by another 5 minutes. In such a situation, the auction will extend beyond the scheduled closing time and will come to a close till there are no new bids in the next 5 minutes after the last bid. 11. Auction would commence at the reserve price and bidders shall improve their offer as stated hereinabove. On closure of on line auction, the highest bidder shall be declared as successful bidder and such sale shall be subject to con formation by the Secured Creditor. 12. The successful bidder shall have to deposit 25% of the bid /sale amount immediately to the account (IFSC: PUNB ) in the name of PNBARMBCHENNAIEAUCTION and the EMD shall be adjusted towards 25% of the bid/sale amount. In case of default in payment of the 25% of the bid amount within 24 hours, the amount already deposited will be forfeited and the secured asset will be resold. 13. The successful bidder shall be required to deposit the balance 75% of the bid amount within 15 days from the date of confirmation of sale. In case of default in payment of the remaining 75% of the bid amount within 15 days, the amount already deposited will be forfeited and the defaulting purchaser shall forfeit all claims to the property or to any part of the sum for which it may be subsequently sold. 14. If the dues of the bank together with all costs, charges and expenses incurred by them or part thereof as may be acceptable to the bank are tendered by / on behalf of the borrowers or guarantor/s, at any time on or before the date fixed for sale, the sale of asset may be cancelled.

4 15. All statutory dues / attendant charges / other dues including registration charges, stamp duty, taxes etc. shall have to be borne by the purchaser. 16. The Sale Certificate shall be issued in the same name in which the bid is submitted. 17. To the best of knowledge and information of the Authorised Officer, there is no encumbrance on the property/ies. The Authorized Officer or the Bank shall not be responsible for any charge, lien, encumbrances, or any other dues to the Government or anyone else in respect of properties (e-auctioned). The intending bidder is advised to make their own independent inquiries regarding the encumbrances on the property including statutory liabilities, arrears of property tax, electricity dues etc,. 18. The e-auction advertisement does not constitute and will not be deemed to constitute any commitment or any representation of the bank. The property/ies is /are being sold with all the existing and future encumbrances whether known or unknown to the bank. The authorised officer / secured creditor shall not be responsible in any way for any third party claims / rights / dues. 19. The bidder should ensure proper internet connectivity, power back up etc,. The Bank shall not be liable for any disruption due to internet failure, power failure or technical reasons or reasons / contingencies affecting the e- auctions. 20. The e-auction is subject to confirmation by the bank. This is also a notice to the borrower / guarantor of the above said loan about holding of this sale on the above mentioned date if their dues are not paid in full. 21.
