IHC-P: Human kidney stains epithelial cells of renal tubules and endothelial cells of vessels. The granular staining is compatible with the endoplasmic reticulum association of the protein. IHC successful usage on human Lung showing endothelial staining. The observed molecular weight of the protein may vary from the listed predicted molecular weight due to post translational modifications, post translation cleavages, relative charges, and other experimental factors.
