1 IP Help Point Stations These vandal resistant Help Point Columns have many uses. In public areas they serve as information and help points for passers-by to request help and receive assistance in cases of emergency. 1. Communication from the Emergency Station to the Intercom Server (UDP protocol) is done via port (configurable). 4 precautions When opening the stations ESD precautions must be observed. The stations may only be opened by authorised service engineers. Restriction Video: Video data can not be transmitted over WAN! 9 Mounting Instructions Mounting the pedestal (1) Option 1: Encase the pedestal in concrete Option 2: Bolt the pedestal to the ground. Levelling of the mounting plate (2) Level the stand support with nuts and washers (in extent of supply). Open the Help Point Open the lock-out release for the door lock (3) Unlock the door (4) Open door of the Help Point. Mounting the Help Point Thread the mounting openings from the Help Point into the stand support. Secure the help point with the nuts and washers (in extent of supply). Check the Help Point if mounted firmly.
