It provides real-time network documentation with alerts for faults or unplanned changes to ports. Receive and maintain accurate, up-to-date network documentation Identify and diagnose problems faster, reducing downtime and risk of human error Assist technicians through changes and troubleshooting by managing work orders, logging events, and creating visual network topologies Help meet regulations from Sarbanes-Oxley, HIPAA, and others through detailed network documentation and port security Eliminate risk of inadvertent access to sensitive data, with the ability to lock in patch cords and lock out unused ports Easily access program software on a web browser over PCs, laptops, tablets, or smartphones Upgrade existing Leviton patch panels and enclosures to become Intact Intelligent panels Identify the physical location of active equipment connected to the network for improved asset management How Intact Works A microchip is attached to the Intact Patch Cord plug, programmed with information unique to each cord. Intact Intelligent Panels monitor port status and communicate with the Intact Device Manager. The Device Manager hosts the pre-installed Intact Software. Multiple Device Managers operate together seamlessly for larger systems. Intact Software is accessed from the corporate network using web browsers, including those on tablets and smartphones. 4 intact Software Features Home Screen The streamlined user interface provides quick access to five major functional areas: Topology, Events, Work Orders, Reports, and Administration. Manage from a TABLET Event Dashboard The Event Dashboard is your window into past system activity. If an unplanned change occurs, the system will provide an on-screen warning with optional notification. Even if the error is immediately resolved, the event log keeps track so you always know what has happened. Below the graphic is a table with detailed connection information for the selected panel, as well as information for the far-end of two-ended connections. Intact improves asset management with the ability to model the end-to-end circuit, identifying the physical location for active equipment. Manage from a DESKTOP Panel View Rack View The Rack View offers a convenient way to navigate to a specific panel. For quick identification, you can cause all lights to flash in order to make a specific panel or rack stand out from others.
