2 Many will know we are passionate about research and Folly Pogs Fibromyalgia Research Fund Cause for a Cure (originally FM Philanthropists Research) FP has been the supporter and backbone of all the earlier conferences, providing a safety net. It was one of the reasons for working our socks off. We were also keen to continue bringing speakers to those who might otherwise may not have the opportunity to hear and learn so much Conference is organised by volunteers. Only the bills get paid. Funds remaining are sent to Folly Pogs Fibromyalgia Research to support research projects We all need a cure

12 The fee for 4 days 3 nights Friday mid-day to Monday mid-day 225 per person sharing a double room This works out at a day the cost of good dinner for two in one sitting. It is value for money with all found except the drinks from the bar you may want We can offer stage payments, accept post dated cheques, bank transfers or Paypal - if it helps A single supplement applies if, one person occupies a double room. There are no single rooms in the hotel. These rooms are limited and are offered on a first come first served basis.

13 To receive a booking form by post please telephone / Further details are on the form OR send your to Nicki (Booking Manager) to receive a booking form fibcon2016bookings@gmail.com Yu will need 75 as the initial booking fee to secure your hotel room. Additional payments can be made in stages until the beginning on March 2016, when we confirm the numbers with the hotel. Late bookings require full payments of the booking fee to secure the place per person. Single room supplements are an additional 75 as required by the hotel if any single rooms are still available.

14 A deposit of 75 will secure your room for fibcon 2016 and cheques should be posted to Nicki at her address. Cheques are payable to FIBROMYALGIA CONFERENCE, full payment must be made no later than March 1 st Alternatively payments can be made by PayPal but there is a service charge If you have a problem please talk to Nicki and we will try to help.

15 How do you want to pay? Here are your choices 1. PAYPAL using your credit card but there is a service charge payable by sender please check first. You can then spread the conference costs on your credit card. 2. Bank transfer. Please contact Nicki for details. 3. Deposit by cheque ( 75) and cheque for the balance ( 150) no later than March 1 st Stage payment but you need to start as soon as possible as this regulates the monthly fee to reach the total cost of 225. You also need 75 deposit deducted from the total cost, to get started.

16 When making your booking, you need to decide...contd. Remember to state your accommodation requirements - two beds, or a double bed. If you cannot manage steps please state Ground floor. There is a 1st floor but no lift. Staff will help carry cases to 1 st floor. Any problems get in touch preferably via but if not by phone. If you are receiving benefits you may get help from your local Lions or Rotary Clubs. They may award the booking fee and travel expenses for the educational weekend. We can help by as they usually pay the conference direct. You need to gather all the information you can and come back to us asap jeanne@follypogsfibro.org. Good luck

17 Are you a volunteer able to help? And finally we are always looking for volunteers to help with things over the weekend -judging, selling raffle tickets etc. If you would like to offer your services we would love to hear from you before or when you arrive at conference. Thanks Throughout the weekend there is a Conference Desk in Reception together with a display board with further information. The FibCon Team all wear badges. The desk is manned throughout the weekend for help, sales and your questions. Watch for the colour of badges and what this means
