30 Scientific results Modeling of China climate response to the Arctic sea ice anomaly Control Simulation Sensitivity Simulation Precipitation in January 2008 in China (Snowstorm) Model results suggest that sea ice anomalies in the fall of 2007 do play a critical role in reproducing the observed precipitation anomalies in January 2008 in China.

32 Scientific results Bacterial diversity analysis of Arctic marine sediments Phylogenetic analysis showed that there was high bacterial diversity on the basis of 16S rrna library.
