1 General Information Thank you for expressing an interest in doing business with Harrison County. Persons wishing to be added to the Harrison County Bidder's Mailing List must file the attached application with the Purchasing Department. Upon receipt of the completed form, you will be added to our mailing list. To remain on the Harrison County Bidder's Mailing List, Vendors must actively participate in the bidding process either by submission of bids or notice in writing that you are unable to bid on a particular transaction but wish to remain on the Bidder's Mailing List for that particular item. 3 Dear Vendor, In accordance with The Texas Local Government Code and the Policies and Procedures adopted by the Harrison County Commissioner s Court, Harrison County requires a valid Harrison County Purchase Order Number be issued prior to all County purchases for materials, equipment, supplies or services. Without express written consent and approval of the County, a County Employee will not: Purchase materials, equipment, supplies, or services for the County. Charge the cost of any materials, equipment, supplies, or services for the County. Charge the contract of repair to a particular office, department, or precinct of the County. Payment will be made form original vendor invoices only. Shipping documents will be considered information only and will be held until an invoice is received. Harrison County will not pay from monthly statements. Invoices must be mailed directly to the Harrison County s Office,,.
