7 Management Summary 1) Organization Structure We are a team, which includes CEO, ios developer, Android developer, Web developer, Game developers and 3 UX Artists with 3d Modeling Artists. 2) Future Organization Structure In Future we will grow and IndieGeeks will have its Business development Team - To grow sales and make new clients by pitching on Upwork, Elance and other online platforms Technical Software development Team: To make softwares and deliver the final products. We expect around software Engineers after 1 year in our team. Management Team - It includes our HR executives, Project managers, and Accountant officer. Apparently, this team will handle all the external legal work,

8 finance and recruitment of new members Our Future Plan First year: For now as we have customers but in small number, we will pitch on online platforms to get new tenders to export software s. We will grow our customer base and thence our team size. Our goal for first year is to generate revenues, that can fulfill our expenses, to hire more people Second Year: Once we will have established fix per month revenue, we will promote IndieGeeks in other countries including USA, Canada, Europe. The promotion process will include going in meet ups and various startups talks; Publish our achievement our work articles in news and on blogs. This will help to make better clients and increase our number of customers As we will still be growing our team and follow our organization structure as we mentioned above, we expect by second year we will have at least team members.

9 Third year: By this time we will have sufficient team to deliver quality software to our all customers. We will seek for Angel investors and VCs. And share the company s ownership and its share By this time we will grow our team size and step into product development. We have few ideas and we will launch them in market by getting financial help from our VCs. Fourth year At this year IndieGeeks will be divided in 2 parts. One is to export software s and other services and generate revenues Other is to launch products and do some experiments with market, which will help us to decide the viability, business plan, and market value of products.
