6 CBRE PROFESSIONAL PROFILES TEAM LEADER Mike Hurley has been a specialist in multi-housing investment sales (including land) at CBRE for 20 years. Prior relevant work experience: Treasurer/Controller/CFO for a developer/operator of institutional sized apartment communities in the Puget Sound Market. Financial planner for the development of the Beaver Creek Ski Resort including its many sub-developments including single family subdivisions, hotels, condos, timeshares, and restaurants/retail CPA for an international accounting firm. MIKE HURLEY Vice President mike.hurley@cbre.com Mike s heavy financial/operating experience has been a differentiating factor between him and his competitors. It has led to his propensity for taking on assignments with challenging issues. Mike s focus is representing the seller side of transactions and his geographic area extends to all of Washington State. JAMES BACH Vice President james.bach@cbre.com As a specialist in Debt and Equity Finance, James originates mortgages (construction, bridge, mezzanine, and permanent) and equity opportunities for correspondent life insurance companies, banks, pension funds, conduits (CMBS), agency lenders (Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and FHA-HUD) and credit companies. His professional experience includes acquisition/disposition of commercial properties, financing and loan syndication. He joined CBRE Capital Markets in 2005 and has financed more than $200,000,000 in commercial real estate.
