We will be welcomed at Hotel De Kinkhoorn, zeedijk 292, 8400 Oostende, Belgium. The camp starts at Friday June 5 th (check-in between 12.00hr. and 14:00hr.) at 15.00hr. The camp ends on Sunday June 7 th (around 12:30) 1.3 Accommodation Participants will be accommodated in apartments in a large sports hotel All rooms are equipped with a bathroom and toilet and little kitchen. 1.4 Prices For whole the camp will be 140 in the early booking (till 15th April 2015) After this date you will pay 155 for the whole camp. 3 The Spring Camp fee covers all meals from Friday evening till Sunday breakfast and beverages during the meals, two nights in apartment, all training from top instructors and a never give up Sayonara party. For Saturday only, the price will be 55 including all trainings, meals for Saturday, the never give up Sayonara Party. If you want to stay for the night on Saturday the price will be 105. (Including breakfast and training on Sunday). Don t forget to bring 1 or 2 dogi Shin / hand protection Track suit Running shoes (outside) and indoor shoes Towels Swimming gear Sun protection Be prepared for the weather (cold/ hot) PARTY outfit 1.4 Sake Ceremony to celebrate the 6 th dan of Shihan Koen Scharrenberg Together with all Kyokushin Organizations we want to celebrate Shihan Koen Scharrenberg for his promotion to Rokudan, 6 th dan. We do this in a traditional way with a very solemn sake ceremony. All Shihans will get the change to say some words to Shihan Koen and the participants. 1.5 Never give up Sayonara Party Those who whore already on the sayonara party now that the Belgians are a little bit crazy and that the party s always are big fun. Saturday evening we start at 21.30hr DRESS CODE! BLACK AND WHITE 1.6 Examination / Grading On Friday evening, you have the ability to get graded for 4 th kyu or above till yondan. Please ask your sensei or shihan to inform us by to koen.spitaels@bkos.be. 4 Participants have to organize their own insurance. The organizer will reject any responsibility in case of injury or theft. Participants under the age of eighteen should obtain acceptance for participation from their parents or legal guardian. Please have this with you at the beginning of the camp (or send this in advance to A 50 EUR cancellation fee applies if you don t let us know your absence. A cancelation has to be informed 3 days before the Camp.
