2 Where you take the ISDN 2e line with (or add it to) Customer Commitment, Premier Value, BT Business Plan, BT Business Plan (CR), BT Business One Plan or BT Business Reward, we ll apply the following reduced charges: One-year minimum term. Start Up Call Plan Low Start None Three-year contract term. Start Up Call Plan Low Start None Five-year contract term. Start Up Call Plan Low Start None Some call types are excluded from our call allowances; these vary depending on the price option you choose. For more information, see the BT Price List at bt.com/pricing or contact your account manager. You can t carry forward any unused quarterly call allowance to your next bill. Other price options are available on request. ISDN 2e is subject to survey and additional installation charges may apply.
3 Maintenance options. Prompt Care. Prompt Care is provided within the tariff. including on bank and public holidays. We start remote diagnostics as soon as you let us know about a fault. Our response will include a confirmation that we ve accepted the fault and a fault reference number. We will keep you updated on our progress on clearing the fault. Where applicable, you can request the option to divert your line to an alternative number. Our engineers will carry out visits between the working hours of 08:00 and 18:00 hours, Monday to Saturday (excluding bank and public holidays). If staff are available we may, at your request, continue to work on the fault outside working hours without a break. We will raise additional charges for these extra working hours: visit then Main Contents/Section 15/Timescale Charges. We will fix faults by the end of the next working day (up to 23:59 hours). If we fail to meet the repair timescales, you may be entitled to claim under our Customer Service Compensation scheme. Total Care. This costs just an extra per quarter, per line. including bank and public holidays. We will respond within four working hours of receiving a fault notification and starting remote diagnostics. Our response will include a confirmation that we ve accepted the fault and a fault reference number. We will keep you updated on our progress on clearing the fault. Where applicable, you can request the option to divert your line to an alternative number. Our engineers will carry out visits, where required, as follows: Monday to Sunday between 08:00 to 18:00 hours (including bank and public holidays) out-of-hours appointments between 07:00 to 08:00 hours and 18:00 to 21:00 hours may be available at your request and subject to availability. If you choose an appointment outside the 24-hour repair time then our Customer Service Compensation Scheme will not apply. If staff are available we may, at your request, continue to work on the fault outside working hours without a break. We will raise additional charges for these extra working hours: visit then Main Contents/Section 15/Timescale Charges. We will fix a fault within 24 hours of you reporting it. If we fail to meet the repair timescales, you may be entitled to claim under our Customer Service Compensation scheme.

There s no connection charge. You ll need a digital phone with a display or a computer with the appropriate software. Call Forwarding allows you to forward data and voice calls to another number. The charge for the forwarded part of the call is billed to the customer who has enabled the Call Forwarding facility. The calling customer pays only for the call charge to the number they ve dialled. **Some BT Digital Calling features require compatible customer equipment. You should check with your supplier that your equipment will support these services. All prices exclude VAT, and are correct as of 1 October Please refer to the BT Price List for the latest prices. In the event of any discrepancy between this brochure and the BT Price List, the BT Price List prices will apply.
