1 DRIVE 360 CRM INTEGRATION RouteOne / Drive 360 CRM Integration Quick Start Guide The Drive 360 CRM, powered by Interactive 360 provides an integration solution that enables a two-way exchange of credit application information. The integration allows fields on the RouteOne credit application to be populated with information obtained electronically from your system, thereby eliminating duplicate data entry. Saved or sent applications in the RouteOne system can be easily exported to your Drive 360 CRM system. Set Up RouteOne in the CRM Log into the CRM System. Page 1

2 Dealer Administrative Settings From the top right corner, open the dealer admin settings page to set up credentials for RouteOne. There is a Route1 Settings section at the bottom of the page. It will show a grid of the saved settings. There are five columns in the setting grid. 1. Setting Name: User can give any name 2. Sender ID: Sender ID of Interactive 360 which is F0INAC (Use this value only). 3. Target ID: Target ID of RouteOne which is FS000 (Use this value only). 4. Dealer ID: Place your RouteOne alpha numeric ID here. 5. Send Deal With: Select information to be sent to RouteOne for default option. Page 2

3 Desking Tool The Desking tool gives the option to create multiple deals for one customer and a way to push the deal to RouteOne for a decision. 1. Create new deal Quote New Deal. Load a buyer, co-buyer desired unit and trade-in. User may also recall a previous quote by using Recall Old Quote. Page 3

4 2. Enter the financial amounts and information for the deal in the single payment tab. 3. Save the deal by using the Save Quote button. 4. Press Push Deal button at the top bar to push the deal information to RouteOne. Page 4

5 5. A popup will appear, prompting you to choose a deal type and information to be sent to RouteOne. 6. Select RouteOne in the checkbox. It will provide a Credit Application pop up and prompt you to complete the buyer and co-buyer information. Click on Submit to save credit application or click Close to skip. 7. It will show a drop down if there is more than one RouteOne account for that location. 8. Select the information to be sent to RouteOne from the dropdown. 9. Select the Deal type. 10. Press OK to send to RouteOne. Page 5

6 11. A result message will display on the Desking Tool Page. If successful, a message will display with the RouteOne Document ID (Deal Number). If there are any errors, an error message will display. My Community A log of activity will be displayed if a deal is pushed successfully to RouteOne. Page 6

7 Credit Decision Callback Page The credit decision is automatically exported from RouteOne into the CRM. There is also a manual export option available below if a deal is originated in the RouteOne system and you would like to export to your CRM. Locating Deals in the RouteOne Deal Manager The Deal Manager is the hub of RouteOne. From here you can manage, locate, and review your deals. It is designed to help you quickly scan and check a deal s status using easy-to-read icons. Click the button located in the upper left-hand side of the screen. The page will refresh and the imported application will display as the first record in the Deal Manager. Page 7

8 Submitting Imported Deals in the RouteOne Deal Manager To submit an imported deal to a Finance Source, simply click on the primary applicant's name in the Deal Manager and you will be taken through the RouteOne application submission process used for all applications. Data entered in your Drive 360 CRM system will populate the RouteOne credit application; however, you must still complete the required fields highlighted in yellow and add at least one Finance Source before submitting the application. 9 Exporting Deals from RouteOne to Drive 360 CRM The RouteOne / Drive 360 CRM integration also allows you to export an application and Finance Source decision from the RouteOne system to your Drive 360 CRM system. Within the RouteOne Deal Manager, click the Edit/More drop-down for the credit decision you would like to export. Select Export Application to DMS. Page 9

10 A RouteOne Export Options Screen will display. Select one of the following: Export Application - Select this option to export the credit application (excluding any credit decision) to your system. Export Application & Finance Source Information - Selecting this option will export the credit application and the credit decision to your system. Page 10
