We look forward to seeing you in Buffalo! 2015 Convention Updates - The 54 th Convention & Trade Show Planning Committee New Convention & Trade Show Format Based on member and vendor survey responses, we have changed the time frame of our event to make it more convenient and flexible for attendees and supporters: - We will hold the Summit & Kick-Off Party on Thursday, November 5. - The Trade Show will run 3:00 7:00 p.m. on Friday, November 6, with the Gala Cocktail Party taking place right on the Trade Show floor at 6:00 p.m. It will resume on Saturday at 8:00 a.m. We will conduct gift basket/giveaway drawings at 11:15 a.m. and close the Trade Show at 12:00 Noon with lunch and a general session. Opportunities to Display Equipment & Perform Demonstrations Major equipment can be displayed directly outside the hotel and equipment that can fit in the freight elevator (8 h x 8 w x 20 l) can be displayed directly on show floor. Other Important Vendor Information The Trade Show Floor Plan and Schedule-at-a-Glance can be found enclosed. Our convention set-up allows for maximum exposure of company sponsors and exhibitors. Standard display booth area is 8 x 10 feet with skirted table, and pipe and drape set-up. Free Wi-Fi Internet access is available throughout the Trade Show Area. Additional audio-visual or technical equipment arrangements will be made with Hale Northeastern, our Trade Show contractor. We will send you follow-up information upon receipt of your paperwork.
