In no event will the Permitted Use include, and Tenant shall be strictly prohibited from operating for, any use that is not in keeping with the family nature of the Shopping Center. Tenant shall not operate an automobile repair facility in the Shopping Center that is open for business to the public. Landlord represents and warrants that there are no other exclusives or prohibited uses affecting the Shopping Center except for those disclosed on Exhibit "E". Sublease/Assignment Parking Expansion Exclusivity Permitted with Landlord s consent. More details are available upon request. Landlord is required to maintain at least 700 parking spaces on the premises, for all tenants to use on a non exclusive basis. There is a right of first refusal on adjacent space. Landlord will not enter into any other lease with any tenant or occupant of the Shopping Center that would allow such tenant or occupant to operate a postsecondary education business.
