11 Success When I first arrived at the class in the morning, students were running around the classroom, yelling, throwing things etc. I had the students do exercise for 10 minutes to help refocus them and get out some of their energy. The kids really loved it and after we did the exercise they were able to sit down and refocus. -Teacher at Reach Academy, in Oakland, CA A parent has now started walking everyday since her daughter was "fired" up about being active. The parent told me how well she was feeling and how well she was sleeping since she started to exercise.
