5 MNCH Triage (UmeedSey) Pre Pregnancy: (Lady Health Worker) Registers women of reproductive age and children below age 5. Monitors for signs of anemia, diarrhea diseases, intestinal parasites, acute respiratory infections, tuberculosis, malaria, primary eye care, scabies, AIDs and hepatitis. Insuring accurate growth monitoring and services like oral rehydration techniques, breast feeding, immunization, Family planning (birth spacing), Female education and Food supplementation are adopted. Share patient profile with referral doctor and community midwife. At large with health decision makers and non-profit organizations working in that area. Prenatal and Post Natal: (Community Midwife) Monitors and help diagnose 12 major risk factors of pre-post natal (Anemia, Gestational diabetes, Pre-eclampsia (Toxemia), High blood pressure, Eclampsia, Hyperemesis gravidarum, Placenta previa, Placental abruption, Preterm labor, Miscarriage, Multiple pregnancies, Fetal problems). Monitors baby right after birth and calculating risk factors using (Heart rate, breathing, muscle tone, Grimacing/ Response to Simulation, color of baby)

7 Mobile App Mobile app is specifically designed to replicate the procedures of CMW on a mobile interface. Presently she fills out a patient antenatal card. This card can be viewed in next slide.
8 CMW Current Workflow: If any of the fields with pink background is selected. CMW refers the patient to nearest Basic Health Unit or District Hospital. Current card is only limited to physical examination and is not covering any screening or diagnostic tests. Mobile app covers this basic procedure. In addition app takes the value of different screening and diagnostic test as well and provides the doctor (viewing patient record through an EMR) with precise information. CDSS looks for pattern in patient profile and match then with built in rules to identify to doctor and CMW regarding status of patient. It also acts as a driving engine behind the alerts and reminders (to doctors, CMW and Patient)

13 Electronic Medical Record (EMR) EMR Will Help In At Large It Will Assist In Identifying the women in reproductive age Common vital signs that lead to identify the reasons/causes Progress on mother/babies in various intervals of pregnancy Analyzing various danger signs of pregnancy and new borne Major causes of diseases Track vaccinations Assessing the performance of CMWs Report of demand generated by the local dispensaries will help the donors and industry in further aligning themselves towards improving healthcare needs and demands in rural areas. Develop the emergency plan Develop the preventive care system Providing feedback to donor agencies in taking further steps to eradicate the cause of such diseases.
