Suggest Create Dashboard for Tracking and Decision Making for the Senior Management. Engage with a local vendor or freelancer to implement Dashboard, if required. ActionAid Association (AAA) is a national organization and an affiliate of ActionAid International federation, a global movement of people working together to further human rights and committed to defeat poverty and injustice. Working in India since 1972, AAA currently operates out of 12 Regional Offices, spread across 25 States and one Union Territory. A non-profit, AAA has been working with people, by building their agencies and solidarities at local, national and international levels. We are inviting applications from experienced and committed professionals to work with ActionAid Association as Consultant - System Analyst. Terms of Reference I. POSITION GOALS, OBJECTIVES, RESPONSIBILITIES (Generic Performance Measures) Analyze processes and solutions in order to optimize and/or automate. Prepare and design custom reports to meet user/management needs. Confer with staff in various organizational units to analyze current operational procedures to evaluate effectiveness / problems and resolve/improve work flow and procedures. Provide recommendations/input on technical initiatives/solutions.

2 Engage with vendors for implementing new solutions. Analyze processes and solutions in order to optimize and/or automate. II. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES (BASED ON GOALS AND OBJECTIVES) 1. Business Process Optimization» Analyze the existing Business Processes in the different teams in Fundraising Department.» Recommend ways to improve the Work Flow & Productivity.» Create reports to review the results from the Optimization Process & monitor the Process.» Ensure Data integrity in DMS by maintaining tables, adding/revising reports and handling data imports.» Confer with staff in various organizational units to analyze current operational procedures to evaluate effectiveness / problems and resolve/improve work flow and procedures. 2. Solutions Development» Suggest & Develop Solutions to automate processes wherever possible to reduce mundane jobs.» Engage with local vendors or freelancer, if required, to implement the Solution.» Provide internal support to all database users including training and trouble shooting.» Communicate the Requirements to the vendor, Review their Design & Implementation. Track their Progress closely to implement the process in a minimal time.» Recommend Dashboards for Senior Management for Crucial Decision Making & Implement them.» Recommend & Implement Dashboards for

3 Managers, Team Leads to Track the Team Performance.» Generate mailing lists for both magazines and other campaigns.» Provide data for reminders including telereminder, reminder and Snail Mail reminder and tele marketing campaigns. Provide data for fundraising appeals. 3. MIS Reports and Research» Develop applications to support various marketing ventures as and when required.» Prepare reports which are critical in facilitating smooth functioning of day to day activities and optimizing performance, data analysis, data reconciliation, tracking performance and in decision making.» Analyse the donor database and trend analysis on the various direct mails, digital, f2f and tele facing campaign made during the year.» Generating reports on expenses and income on monthly basis for every department in fundraising.» Forecast income with the trend in market.» To analyse before and after every campaign that is launched.» Market research on Internet marketing» Weekly reports of all direct marketing campaigns.» Analyse the donor database and send yearly questionnaire for better customer relation and effective supporter acquisition.» Document and revise manuals that relate to work. Reporting Travel Skills and Competencies Director Fund Raising As per role requirement Education: Bachelor s Degree in IT, Computer Science or Computer Applications.

4 Experience: Around 2+ years experience in Software Field Possess database and software design skills Hands-on coding experience Good knowledge on the software development cycle Good Experience in Creating Design Documents & Performing Code Reviews Experience in web programming technologies will be an added advantage. Expertise: Ability to plan, prioritize and meet deadlines Willingness to learn new technology and legacy application. Good problem-solving, analytical and communication skills Good client-interfacing skills Consultancy Fee Consultancy fee of Rs.55000/- per month. TDS will be made on this amount.
