6 LOCATION OVERVIEW: Immediate Trade Area The Goddard School is located at the northwest corner of Ridge Road and McKinney Ranch Parkway (FM 720), a major commute thoroughfare for McKinney residents traveling to Dallas. The subject property is near the town municipality center and adjacent to Lake Forest Crossing shopping center which includes the following tenants: Wal-Mart Supercenter and gas station, Blockbuster Video, 7-Eleven, McDonalds, Game Stop, GNC, Sally Beauty, Supercuts, Payless Shoe Source among other national and local retailers.
