2 ABOUT THE SHOW The Restaurants Canada, ABLE BC and the BC Hotel Association are pleased to present the 2015 CONNECT Food + Drink + Lodging Trade Show, October 18 & 19 at Vancouver Convention Centre West marks the third year for CONNECT. In 2013, two long-standing industry events, the BC Foodservice Expo and the BC Hospitality Expo, joined forces to create CONNECT. The combined event provides the best opportunity for industry suppliers to connect with all sectors of the British Columbia hospitality industry. The tradeshow floor offers exhibitors and attendees the opportunity to be part of a 350 booth trade show. Booths feature everything from front of house to back of house, from equipment to technology, from linens to uniforms, smallwares to refrigerated display cases, the latest food and beverage products to the newest energy saving products and ideas. The goal is to offer, under one roof, everything needed for successful business in hospitality. In order to be the place to do business this fall, the show will also feature industry leading seminars, demonstrations, networking events and culinary and bartending competitions targeted directly to providing trade with professional development opportunities.
