4 FAQ s Q: What salary do you earn? Your salary is made up of the commission you earn on the sales you make. Our starting commission is 61% with tiered targets in place for increased sales revenue that you achieve. Q: When is my commission paid? Commission is paid to you 6 weeks before the departure date of the booking. Q: What hours do you have to work? You can choose the hours you work, therefore ofering lexibility. Our most successful homeworkers are full time. A consideration would be your target market and the hours that would most beneit your clients and you. Q: How much annual leave you allowed to take? We do not dictate how much leave you take. The fewer hours you work, the less commission you are earning. We operate a buddy system when our homeworkers are on leave. Therefore we request that we are notiied when leave is taken. Q: What experience do I need to have? Our requirement is that you have 2 years working travel industry experience. Q: How long does it take to be set up? Prompt set up within 7 days of training is organised. Q: What training do you receive? Before going live as a homeworker we provide 2 days of training. Q: Do we provide ongoing training? All our homeworkers have a dedicated Business Development Manager who is on hand to ofer ongoing support & training Bespoke personal development programme on an ongoing basis. Q: Do I receive support with my admin? We have an administration team who are dedicated to supporting you, leaving you with the time to sell. Q: Is there a support network? As well as the support from your Business Development Manager our support includes the following; The Experts in Home Working Q: What is the initial set up fee? FREE we do not charge. This is usually a cost of Q: What other charges do you have to pay? We charge a monthly fee of plus VAT Q: Do we provide marketing support?
