He has more than 12 years experience in the structuring of both inbound and outbound investments, investments into real estate located in Spain as well as in advising on general tax aspects and defending large multinationals interests before the tax authorities. His international expertise derives as well from his stay in Germany where he worked for two years as international tax lawyer with large US and UK Funds investing into German real estate and participated in the structuring of German outbound investments. Professional experience Gerlinde Seinsche has more than 30 years of experience in consulting on all facets of corporate tax planning and compliance. She has assisted a wide variety of clients in developing tax efficient cross-border structures and planning ideas to reduce their worldwide effective tax rate. Has significant experience in managing international merger & acquisition engagements and has an in-depth understanding of transfer pricing, having worked on several major multinationals to implement or defend pricing policies. Gerlinde is an active member of BDO International s Centre of Excellence for Corporate International Tax. Gerlinde has been with the firm since 1990 and became a partner in Prior to joining BDO she worked for the German tax authorities (there mainly in the area of corporate and international taxation).
