1 Open position: Rolling Mill Coach Process Expert Working location: Saudi Arabic Position Purpose: Once in a life time opportunity to work on a multi cultural green field start up. This position will provide expert process and operational knowledge to aid in the start up of our new equipment and implementing processes to enable steady state operation. Responsibilities will include the running of the equipment, training, mentoring, and teaching our employees in how to operate the equipment. This also includes support of EHS and associated project/budget controls. Supervision Exercised This position will not be responsible for any direct reports, but will have significant oversight responsibilities with regard to advancing the Owner s interests and ensuring transition through the start up, preoperations and progressing towards steady state operations. Contacts This position has a functional relationship with counterparts in other Engineering disciplines, Project Controls, Procurement, and Plant Operations. Maintains cordial relationships with all Client, Contractor, Utility representatives and others as necessary. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES: Responsibility for ensuring a smooth transition to a steady state operation of the Rolling Mill equipment. Mentors and teaches operators on how to run the equipment and achieve steady state operation. Advises the Commissioning & Operating team on operational solutions to address process related issues on Rolling Mill equipment. Manages impacts of schedule and cost for the portion of the equipment they are accountable for. Interfaces with department managers to ensure goals are achieved. Verifies that work quality, cost and time objectives for the assigned area are well defined, communicated, followed up and are met.

2 Assists in startup and operation of equipment, review of appropriate PM list and generation. Assist in PESHR / Safety reviews. Assist in generating training materials for rolling mill operating & maintenance forces as needed. JOB KNOWLEDGE: Works safely and promotes safe attitudes and compliance within Alcoa Safety rules and environmental regulations. Knowledge of Alcoa organization, policies, procedures and programs. Education & Experience Five to seven years of operational experience in large industrial environment, operational knowledge/expertise, process control, with demonstrated Aluminum Industry experience relevant to this role. Demonstrated ability to teach and coach people. International experience is preferred. Work experience in an Aluminum Rolling or Finishing. Open position: Senior Process Mechanical Engineer Working location: Saudi Arabic Position Purpose: Once in a life time opportunity to work on a multi cultural green field start up. This position will provide management and leadership for the implementation of all key mechanical systems on site. This role will support the commissioning, start up and operating phases of a large industrial construction project. Responsibilities require expert knowledge of mechanical power transmission systems, hydraulic systems, drive trains, large rotating equipment, and the associated control/operation of such equipment in an Aluminum Rolling Mill. This individual will be focused on project completion activities along with process optimization to get equipment

3 to steady state operations. This also includes support of EHS and associated project/budget controls. 6 Education & Experience A Bachelor s degree from an accredited college or university with a major in electrical engineering. Five to seven years of High/Low Voltage power systems, industrial power, process control, project construction with demonstrated Aluminum Industry experience relevant to this role. Open position: Regional Marketing Manager, Asia Working location: Shanghai Position Purpose: The position reports to the Global Marketing Manager for ATI Industrial and Commercial transportation The position owner collaborates with Sales and Business Development to recommend and execute marketing strategies to expand the business in his region and leads implementation in line with the objectives and strategies defined by the Global Marketing Manager. Core Activity: The incumbent provides input and prepares recommendations on market positioning strategies and approaches to competitive differentiation. He identifies and assesses impact of regional mega trends, provides in depth regional market intelligence on products & product mix optimization, Customers & Competitors, Prices, and Services & Systems. The position provides input, analysis and tools to the Sales leadership and Global Marketing Manager to monitor commercial KPIs in the region. He contributes to making recommendations on further improving the effectiveness and efficiency of the commercial activity and initiatives. The position recommends and leads the implementation of regional communication and branding strategies and tools according to approved plan and budget. He recommends approach to forum and fairs attendance and manages execution. This position reports to the Global Chief Procurement Officer and has the responsibility to represent Alcoa Asian on the Global Shared Services Lead Team, Global CIO Lead Team and Global Procurement Lead Team. Will work closely with GSS & GIS leads responsible for operations within Asia. Asia GBS is responsible for providing services for all Alcoa business and support teams within the region. Core Activity: This position is responsible for proving overall leadership and direction supporting the execution in each functional area of GBS, enabling the enterprise to achieve strategic business objectives, requirements, compliance, laws and regulations. Work closely with customers, organization peers, and with the other stakeholders to identify and maximize opportunities to use knowledge, technology, processes efficiency and effectiveness, in order to deliver services at a cost and quality better than competitive alternatives. Driving the global standardization and best practices implementation within the regions portfolio of services. Critical leadership responsibilities are: Understand and define best practices for services delivery Liaise with each functional leadership team Lead major change initiatives and advantage strategies within business case and engage the different regional leads for its implementation Engage and partner with senior leadership to identify gaps and opportunities to apply frameworks that substantially improve performance Drive continuous process and services improvement initiatives Collaborate with respective Regional Functional Process & Service Owners to identify and improve business processes by identifying alternative solutions aligned with best practices Drive and support the implementation of global initiatives Pro-actively identify and address potential challenges & issues impacting the core service delivery with a clear action plan Advises and supports GBS Lead team on matters relating to the operation of GBS with Asia Regional Procurement Lead Responsible for overseeing the development and delivery of the program s annual and multi-year goals for spend reduction, savings, working capital improvement, and capability building by overseeing numerous projects to successful completion. Must look across the whole scope of the program, in relation to all other factors, to assess priorities, assign resources and resolve issues. The position is also responsible for developing and implementing commodity management processes to leverage spend across Asia for applicable commodities. As lead of the procurement program management office (PMO) Asia, create and apply standard templates to define and maintain the standards for project management for the global procurement organization. Standardize and introduce economies of repetition in the execution of projects. Make available documentation, guidance and metrics on the practice of project management and execution. With deep business and function knowledge, guide the CM teams on proper development of project scope, objectives and approach. Ensure project plans are well structured with appropriate stage gates to manage project quality. Counsel teams on appropriate involvement of stakeholders for business requirements, project resourcing, and risk analysis. Ensure communication and change management plans address various stakeholders needs for information and training at meaningful intervals.

9 Facilitate regular PMO meetings to review program progress. Ensure teams adhere to deadlines, stage gate reviews, and stakeholder engagement plans. Record, assign and monitor program or project issues through completion. Resolve issues escalated to program leadership by the teams. Ensure the financial results for the region (spend reduction, productivity savings, working capital), as well as budgetary constraints of the resource departments, are on track. Identify and implement any corrective actions to bring the program back on track. Facilitate interaction between Global Procurement, BU operating locations, Centers of Excellence, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, Quality, and other BU groups on program goals which support the businesses' strategic goals. Develop strong understanding of the strategies, demands, and requirements of both the business units and the enterprise. Work with teams to develop global procurement strategies that are consistent with short and long term business plans. Obtain and sustain executive relationships to form a broad network of support Leverage Alcoa s spend ($600m), talent, infrastructure and resources (parental advantage) to drive cost savings, working capital improvement and revenue/profitability growth for the BU s, striving to create and/or sustain competitive advantage for Alcoa.
