2 סעיף 1 הצדדים המתקשרים יקדישו חשומת לב מיוחדת לפיתו חה ולהרחבתה של התיירות בין שתי הארצות, כדי שעמיהם יוכלו להכיר טוב יותר את תולדותיהם, אורחות חייהם ותרבויותיהם, כל אחד של זולתו. סעיף 2 מדינת ישראל וממלכת ספרד בהכירן בחשיבות פיתוחם של קשרי תיירות בין שתי הארצות ושיתוף פעולה בין רשויות התיירות הרשמיות שלהן; בהכירן בעניינם של שני הצדדים לקיים שיתוף פעולה הדוק ומתמיד בתחום זה; ובהיותן מודעות לכך שהתיירות ממלאת תפקיד חשוב בפיתוחם ובחיזוקם של יחסי ידידות בין שתי הארצות, הסכימו כדלקמן: הצדדים המתקשרים יסייעו בארגונם של אירועי קידום, פעילויות אינפורמטיביות ופרםומיות, ובחליפת חומר הקשור בתיירות, לשם הפצת מידע על אפשרויות התיירות בשתי הארצות. יבואו לכל ארץ של החומר האמור לעיל יהיה פטור מתשלום היטלים ומסי מכם The State of Israel and the Kingdom of Spain, Acknowledging the importance of the development of tourism relations between the two countries and of co-operation between their official Tourist Authorities; Acknowledging the interest of both parties in carrying out close and lasting co-operation in this field; Aware that tourism plays an important role in the development and strengthening of relations of friendship between both countries, have agreed as follows: Article I The Contracting Parties shall devote special attention to the development and broadening of tourism between the two countries, in order that their peoples may become better acquainted with their respective histories, lives and cultures. Article II The Contracting Parties, in the interest of dissemination of information on tourism possibilities in both countries, shall foster the organization of promotional events, informational and publicity activities, and the exchange of materials related to tourism. The importation into each country of aforesaid materials shall be free of payment of all types of customs duties and taxes, pursuant to the New York Conven- El Estado de Israel y El Reino de España Reconociendo la importancia del desarrollo de las relaciones turísticas entre los dos Países y de la cooperación entre sus Organismos de turismo. Reconociendo el interés de ambas Partes en desplegar en este terreno una cooperación estrecha y duradera. Sabiendo que el turismo juega un papel importante en el desarrollo y en el estrechamiento de las relaciones de amistad entre ambos países, acuerdan lo siguiente: Articulo I Las Partes Contratantes dedicarán una atención especial al desarrollo y ampliación de las relaciones turísticas entre los dos países, con el fin de que sus pueblos conozcan mejor sus respectivas historias, vida y cultura. Articulo II Las Partes Contratantes, en interés de la divulgación de las posibilidades turísticas de ambos países, fomentarán la organización de actos promocionales, actividades informativas y publicitarias y el intercambio de materiales de carácter turístico. Article VI Both Parties shall co-operate in fostering organized trips that include both countries, especially organized trips from the United States and Latin America. Articulo IV Las Autoridades oficiales turísticas de los dos países intercambiarán estadísticas y favorecerán en la medida de sus posibilidades la cooperación en el desarrollo de la informatización de los diversos sectores de la industria turística. Articulo V Las dos Partes intercambiarán información sobre proyectos turísticos de común interés y procurarán facilitar las inversiones en los mismos. Articulo VI Ambas Partes cooperarán en el fomento de viajes organizados que incluyan a los dos países, especialmente en los viajes organizados procedentes de Estados Unidos y América Latina. 4 מקבלים על עצמם לשתף פעולה במאמצים הנעשים על-ידי ארגונים אלה לקידום התיירות. אז יחודש מאליו משנה לשנה זולת אם הסתלק אחד הצדדים הסתלק ממנו תוך פרק זמן של שלושה חודשים לפחות, לפני כל תאריך של פקיעה. נעשה בירושלים, ביום ט בחשוון 5748 שהנו ה 1 בנובמבר 1987, בשני עותקי מקור, בעברית, בספרדית ובאנגלית, ושלושת הנוסחים אמינים במידה שווה! במקרה של הבדלי פרשנות יכריע הנוסח האנגלי. אברהם שריר בשם מדינת ישראל בשם ממלכת ספרד סעיף 8 שני הצדדים מסכימים לכונן ועדה משותפת לשיתוף פעולה בנושא התיירות, אשר תשגיח על ישומו של הסכם זה ותציע צעדים מתאימים לביצועו. ועדה זו תפגש לםרוגין בשתי הארצות בתאריכים אשר ייקבעו בהסכמה הדדית. - סעיף 9 הסכם זה יכנס לתוקף לאחר שיושלמו ההליכים הפורמל יים של כל צד ויהיה בריתוקף לתקופה של חמש שנים, tions and Agencies specializing in Tourism, undertake to co-operate in the efforts made by these Organizations in fostering tourism. Article IX This Agreement shall enter into force after the formalities of each Party have been complied with and shall be valid for a period of five years, whereupon it shall be renewed tacitly from year to year unless it should be denounced by one of the Parties within a period of at least three months in advance of each date of expiry. Done at Jerusalem, this 1 day of November 1987, which corresponds to the 9 day of Heshvan 5748, in two original copies, in the Hebrew, Spanish and English languages, all three texts being equally authentic. In case of divergency of opinion, the English text shall prevail. Abraham Shanr (-) For the State For the Kingdom of Israel of Spain especializados en materia de turismo, se comprometen a cooperar en los esfuerzos que estos Organismos realizan para el fomento del turismo. Articulo VIH Ambas Partes deciden la creación de una Comisión Mixta de Cooperación Turística que vele por la aplicación de este Acuerdo y sugiera las medidas adecuadas para su realización. Esta Comisión se reunirá alternativamente en los dos países en las fechas que mutuamente se acuerden. Articulo IX El presente Acuerdo entrará en vigor una vez cumplidas las formalidades propias de cada Parte y será válido por un período de cinco años y se renovará de forma tácita de año en año a no ser que sea denunciado por una de las dos Partes con un plazo previo de al menos tres meses antes de cada vencimiento. Hecho en Jerusalén el día 1 de Noviembre de 1987 que corresponde al día 9 de Heshvan de 5748, en dos ejemplares originales en lenguas española, hebrea e inglesa, todos ellos haciendo igualmente fe. En caso de diferencia de interpre tación prevalecerá el texto inglés.
