1 AUTHORIZING EMERGENCY TEMPORARY BUDGET APPROPRIATIONS Sharon L. Weiner, Township Attorney L Adopted: March 26, 2012 Ap d as to form: Stephen A. R. Turtetaub, T (\\ Government Services. 3. That one certified copy of this resolution be filed with the Director, Division of Local 2. Said emergency appropriations will be provided for in the 2012 Municipal Budget. Pool Utility Operating Fund. hereby made in the amount of $6,267,284 for the Current Fund, $429,200 for the Water Utility Operating Fund, $283,600 for the Sewer Utility Operating Fund, and $15,000 for the Swimming 1. The emergency temporary appropriations listed on the attached pages be and the same are members thereof affirmatively concurring) that in accordance with the provision of N.J.S. 40A:4-20: of Livingston, in the County of Essex, State of New Jersey, (not less than two-thirds of all the NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Township Council of the Township provisions of Chapter 96, P.L (N.J.S. 40A:4-20) including this resolution total $6,267,284 for the Current Fund, $429,200 for the Water Utility Operating Fund, $283,600 for the Sewer Utility Operating Fund, and $15,000 for the Swimming Pool Utility Operating Fund; WhEREAS, the total emergency appropriations adopted in the year 2012 pursuant to the appropriations for said purposes; and, WHEREAS, N.J.S. 40A:4-20 provides for the creation of emergency temporary adequate provision has not been made in the 2012 Temporary Budget for the aforesaid purposes; into contracts, commitments or payments prior to the adoption of the 2012 Municipal Budget and and WHEREAS, an emergent condition has arisen in that the Township is expected to enter R
