Which local broadcast channels can I watch using the Dyle mobile TV service? The Dyle mobile TV service allows you to watch local broadcast channels such as ABC, CBS, FOX, NBC Qubo, Telemundo and Univision. Additionally, the Dyle mobile TV application may provide you with access to local channels after performing a full local channel scan in your area. Not all channels are available in all cities. To reset the app: 1. Go to Settings 2. Select Applications 3. Select Manage Applications 4. Select the All tab at the top 5. Scroll down until you see Dyle TV and select the app 6. Select Force Stop if applicable 7. Then select Clear data and then select Clear cache 8. Exit settings Note: By clearing the data and Dyle TV s application cache, you will have to re-register and accept the Terms and Conditions (License Agreement and Privacy Policy) again. 9. Why is the Program Guide blank? If you are outside of the Dyle mobile TV reception area there will be no programming available. 10. What does it mean if I receive an error message while trying to play a channel? If you receive an error message while trying to play a channel (1) you could be out of Dyle mobile TV reception, (2) you may need to fully extend the antenna, or (3) you may need to be in MetroPCS coverage in order to automatically renew your Dyle mobile TV service. Icons: Signal Strength Indicator: Indicates level of live TV signal reception. The meter needle to the left or in the middle means a fuzzier picture, or you may not be able to see a picture. You can view the signal indicator by tapping on the green dot on the menu bar after you have selected a channel for viewing. Green and Gray Dots: These dots are a visual indicator that a station is available for viewing in your market area. You can find the green and gray dots on the Live TV program guide screen. A green dot means that the channel is available in your area. A gray dot means that the signal is too weak to tune into that particular station.
