4 The energy demand for the Data Center and determination of the individual components of the balance sheet PUE factor is a parameter that specifies the energy efficiency of data centers. PUE is expressed as a ratio of the total power required to operate the data center to the power necessary for the needs of IT (servers). The value of PUE should strive to be equal to 1. The average coefficient of PUE for data centers currently range from 1.4 to 2.3.
5 A simplified model of the balance of energy demand for the Data Center Simplifying the scheme of energy consumption, by assigning a less important component for the balance sheet (such as UPS, lighting), we get called Mechanical PUE factor. Our goal is to minimize the need for air-conditioning component (37%).

13 Direct Freecooling and humidity control Applications for cooling the data center require continuous and effective control of the parameters of temperature and humidity All year round free cooling can be the solution inflexible because of the variable moisture content at temperature peaks Major difference: Liebert Economizer allows free cooling using fresh air only during the occurrence of favorable conditions on the outside (with proper temp and humidity)
