3 Here s how it works 1. Log in to your LOB application (for instance, SharePoint for Microsoft Office 365) and launch Scan+ProcessLite. Always up to date Access the latest version of Scan+ProcessLite everytime you launch it in your browser. Scan the paper document with a local TWAIN-compliant scanner. Scanned documents are displayed in the work panel, including a thumbnail of every page.

4 3. With the easy-to-use interface: The administrator can: configure scanner settings centrally, in order to ensure consistent quality of scanned documents. Scan+ProcessLite works with these LOB applications: SharePoint Online for Microsoft Office 365 Microsoft SharePoint 2013 Server. The user can create and save scan profiles, with basic settings such as paper size and colour format; enhance the scanned document image; drag-and-drop to add, remove, rotate and move pages; index the scanned documents using the same fields and definitions as in your LOB application; and submit the final document to the LOB application. The dynamic nature of Scan+ProcessLite means connectors can created to work with any given LOB application, as long as its programming interface is available. Some businesses prefer to have their scanned documents stored in a local file server repository. We ve made connectors available for: FTP (Secured) Servers; and Advanced File Connector (AFC), a small footprint module that runs on the MS Internet Information Service (IIS) and manages communication between Scan+ProcessLite web sessions and your local file server. The AFC also checks that every upload is complete; if an image or data field is missing, a re-upload is initiated automatically. It uses standard encryption (such as TLS) to ensure maximum security during data transfer.
