1 1. Welcome and Introduction Chair Bush called the meeting to order at 8:00 AM, on Monday, July 27, 2015 at The Marriott University Park in Salt Lake City, UT. Twenty-eight (28) voting members, one (1) corresponding members and thirteen (13) guests including several international guests were in attendance. A quorum to conduct general business was established (greater than 50 percent present). 2. Review S15-02 Agenda and S15-01 Meeting Minutes: The agenda for S15-02 was reviewed and the agenda was approved with revisions. The S15-01 meeting minutes were reviewed and approved. 3. General Announcements Addressed the SC4 leadership for the next two (2) years. 4. Website Status Website coordinator Nader Eldeiry provided a status of the SC-4 website. 5. SC-4 Membership Update, Changes, and Assignments SC-4 membership is currently at forty-six (46) voting Members and thirteen (13) Corresponding Members. Two new Members were added, one Member moved to Corresponding and one former Member added back as a Member: Steve Hutchins (NEI) Member added by chair Paul Martini (Exelon) Member added by chair at request of Dale Goodney Billy Roettger (Consultant) - Member moved to Corresponding by chair Mel Hess (AREVA) Member added back by chair 6. Financial Report Secretary Miller presented financial report. Total cash on hand coming into S15-02 meeting is $ and the cost per attendee for the S15-02 SC-4 meeting is $ Status of Standards The status of those standards for which SC-4 is responsible was discussed and updated (see Attachment 1). 8. Review of Action Items: Refer to Attachment 2 for a complete status of SC-4 action items as of the conclusion of the S15-02 meeting. 9. Adjournment Chair Bush thanked everyone for attending the meeting and provided closing remarks, emphasizing the need for SC-4 WG s to focus on updating standards in accordance with NPEC goals, and adjourned the meeting.
