Development Review Committee (DRC): The Development Review Committee considered the following applications on the month of April: A Development Review Committee (DRC): Meeting was held on April 17, 2014 to discuss Major Development construction of a 30 story mixed-use project that features a 160-room hotel with a 2,981 square foot restaurant, and 297 residential units (Gulfstream Point) at 918 S. Federal Hwy. Planning and Zoning Board Actions: The Planning and Zoning Board considered the following applications at the April 23, 2014 Hearing: A. Application # Z by Mega Developers, LLC, requesting a change in zoning for the property located at 106 SE 9 th Court. Applicant requested to change the zoning from Business General (B-G) District to Residential Multi-Family Medium Density (RM-18) District in accordance with Article VIII, Section of the Zoning and Land Development Code.
