First, tell us what kind of kitchenware an expert chef needs to prepare a delicious recipe. Bill: An expert chef needs the following basic elements: Measuring spoon Measuring cup Grater Skillet Spatula Chopping board Corkscrew Colander Chef s knife Casserole Cookie cutter Pizza slicer Pot-holder Rolling pin Skimmer Whisk kettle freezer Stove oven John: Interesting! Which is today s recipe? Bill: Today, our recipe is onion chicken. John: It sounds delicious! What do we need to prepare it? Bill: We need these ingredients: A butter bar, Two pounds of chicken breast An onion Ten garlic cloves Salt and pepper A large skillet John: How do I prepare it? 7 Let s analyze 1. First, put the butter in the skillet on the stove. 2. Now, set the heat on medium high. 3. Then, chop the onion and the garlic cloves. John: Hey, I m not a five star chef like you, Bill! What s next? Bill: Oh, you are too slow, John! 4. After that, mix the chicken with the butter. 5. Pour the onion and the garlic on it. 6. Sprinkle salt and pepper. 7. Finally, fry the chicken for ten to fifteen minutes, until it s golden and well cooked. 15 minutes later John: Wow, Bill! This looks delicious.
