2 The Team Chris Campbell Executive Vice President Lic Jason Read Lic Chris has represented some of the most prominent landlords and tenants in Northern California. He provides clients with strategic planning and consulting services as well as offering experience with every stage of a project from pre-development planning to backfilling expired leases. He is also the Sacramento Area s leading Big Box leasing expert, having successfully leased multiple Northern California box disposition portfolios. Represented Inland Western on their Mervyn s portfolio disposition, involving eight locations originally, all of which are fully occupied Works with Les Schwab, and has established a 25-location roll-out in the Greater Sacramento Area Works extensively with Citadel Equities, leasing eight of their shopping centers < view professional > Along with working closely with many landlords, Jason has been responsible for the placement and strategic roll-out for many national retailers throughout Sacramento and the Central Valley. He has extensive market knowledge of cities and towns throughout Northern California as well as insight into the processes behind real estate expansion and navigating corporate requirements for landlords. Jason is currently working with Dollar General, a Fortune 200 retailer new to the California market, on its Northern California expansion He also works with Chick-fil-A to implement its strategic California expansion, with five locations open and two additional under construction, he continues to help them pursue a successful market strategy < view professional > Support Team Joel Cardenas Client Services Coordinator Joel is responsible for the production and execution of all property marketing for the team. He combines property details, photos, demographic information and aerial imagery to create marketing packages, website postings, LoopNet and CoStar listings, and targeted e-blast campaigns. He defines the team s marketing goals and applies her technical expertise to the implementation of team branding and property positioning. Joel established the team s web marketing presence and spearheads all electronic marketing communications. He is the point of contact for all property marketing needs. In addition, he handles the organizational and administrative aspects of the business. Support Services Scott Carruth Lic Scott brings a great deal of market knowledge to his clients. He works closely with local, regional and national tenants service their needs in the greater Sacramento market. He is Sacramento s leading shopping center stabilization expert. Having worked with a variety of landlords, he has experience renegotiating existing leases and in bringing new tenants to distressed assets. Additionally, Scott has worked with many local and national tenants on their market roll-outs. He and his team recently successfully leased the unique Midtown Sacramento mixed-use Legado de Ravel project at 16th and O Streets, to a strong mix of local, regional and national credit tenants He works with Panda Express in a major California roll-out, planning site tours and negotiating leases. There are now 35 stores in the market He works with Dunkin Donuts on their Northern California market roll-out from the Oregon border into the Central Valley < view professional > Mignon Foster Client Services Coordinator Mignon provides the team with strategic management of transactions and listing documentation. With access to CBRE demographic research and mapping resources, she provides clients with valuable market information during the planning process of leasing and purchasing retail space in the Sacramento Area and Central Valley. She also manages the team s special projects including real estate packages, tenant tours, market studies, and mapping requests. In-house Marketing Department Our in-house marketing department creates custom marketing collateral to suit our client s individual property needs. They generate high quality brochures, campaigns, proposals, and tour packages that far surpass our competition. In-house Research Department Our in-house research department offers the most comprehensive comparables database in the market. Our industry specific researchers track changes in market trends, vacancy rates, and new tenant activity on a local, regional, and national level. Mapping Department Our CBRE mapping center provides clients with presentation quality materials, custom mapping projects, and expedient turnaround times. Our mapping team is the market leader in technological mapping resources and offers the most up-to-date aerial imagery. Rebecca Story Administrative Assistant Rebecca is responsible for much of the behind-the-scenes paperwork and administration for the team. She manages an extensive electronic filing system and handles all outbound written documents (including LOIs). 2
