Who will benefit from this program: Ram a second generation entrepreneur had taken over from his father a few years back. Opportunities are good in his area of business. But, Ram had been steadily challenged at his work. He had to recruit senior professionals to handle the growth. Now, he is faced with the challenge of managing these professionals and the growth that is coming his way. He feels the need to learn management skills and he also finds a need to improve himself personally so that he can become a better business leader! Sethu had been promoted in his company for the second time in the last 18 months. Sethu understands that the boss wants him to handle higher responsibilities. The mid-sized company in which Sethu is working had been growing aggressively and Sethu has to learn a lot of Leadership skills quickly. He has to become a leader who can handle multiple functions and he had to exhibit these leadership skills if he has to meet up to his boss's expectations. His boss expressed this a few times! Selvaraj is the Vice President (HR) of a big Engineering company. He had been receiving continuous requirements from the functional heads for a Leadership program for their team members. The functional heads were complaining that their team members were not able to take higher responsibilities and were not able to work well with the other functions to deliver good results!! Selvaraj did a study of these needs and he feels there is a need for a Leadership program that would be delivered for all his people but still with an individual focus. 4 Lead Trainers & Faculty Anand Kruttiventi, APK Advisors Texas, USA Anand lives in Austin, Texas, USA and works as a management consultant and leadership coach. His current areas of consulting and advising include developing leaders and leadership in organizations, executive coaching, and Organization design and change management. Prior to his consulting career, Anand worked for nearly 33 years in global corporations like Procter & Gamble in 6 different countries and managed people and teams in more than 50 countries. Anand brought about his enormous international experience in structuring this Leadership program. He would be handling several topics related to the Leadership Qualities of people in the program. Sadhana Somasekhar is part of the Board of Directors of Future Focus Infotech Pvt. Ltd. (FFI) & currently, Advisor to its Executive Management. She has over 23 years in the IT& ITES industry and is an accredited CEO/Executive Coach. He has handled a wide range of functions starting with Applications, Marketing, R&D, Engineering Design and Quality, Business development, Plant Operations and in the last 10 years as Head of Business. Sreeram would be handling the Work Management System part of the program. He would help the participants to learn about application of TQM, TPM principles in their businesses.

Srinivas Rao, Chief Executive Officer The Indian Manufacturing Academy, (A division of Sankalpa Growth Partners) Srinivas worked in the industry for more than 30 years in companies like Elgi Equipments limited, Rane Brake lining limited before he started The Indian Manufacturing Academy (TIMA). He is involved in Coaching Entrepreneurs / CEOs and helping companies to grow aggressively while implementing Business systems in their companies. Srinivas is going to coach the participants of 'The Complete Business Leader Leadership course one on one to ensure that they complete their Projects at their companies and internalize the learnings from the course. Hariharan, CEO Coach Leadership Trainer Hari is a passionate Leadership Coach and Organisational consultant who has worked with CXOs and other senior leaders in a variety of industries, including manufacturing, software, financial services, FMCG, pharmaceuticals and education. He brings a unique mix of rich experiences, having worked both overseas and in India. He has also been a successful entrepreneur who co-founded two companies (one of which being a pioneer in that space in India) before divesting interests in both companies by early Hari is a certified CEO Coach from CFI (Coaching Foundation of India) and works closely with CFI as a member of the faculty, on an initiative to create more business coaches in India. He has also completed an International Executive and Corporate Coaching program delivered by DL Associates, UK. Being a certified MBTI, Firo-B practitioner, Hari is going to administer these instruments to the participants and help them understand themselves. Alex is an MSW and an MBA with about 15 years of experience in working with various organizations in the areas of Psychological counselling, Training, Implementing the concept of Self Managed Teams etc. Alex is currently helping several Companies to improve the capabilities of their employees.
