Valiant Infosys is a fullservice web design and web development agency Specializes in web design, web development, Search Engine Optimization and graphics designing Implemented AWIA s The for Six- Figure Copywriting in 1213 Valiant Infosys is a full-service web development agency specializing in web design, web development, Search Engine Optimization and graphics designing. Established in 2012 by Gopal Prabakar, Valiant Infosys is still a growing company. It employs nearly 20 web developers and 5 graphics designers and works on projects around Singapore and Malaysia. THE CHALLENGE Direct-response promotion is a form of advertising or a writing sales copies with right words that makes the buyer take immediate action to buy the product or require more information. By the late 2012, Valiant Infosys had stepped into a new area of B2B Copywriting business. We were unsure of what elements going into a successful sales letter. Since we were new to this area before, hiring new copywriters was becoming a big challenge to us. We had no skilled copywriters to do the projects for large size companies, said Gopal Prabakar, founder and

2 President. Every one of the web development team was doing their own thing, which meant a combination of online tutorials, Youtube Video lessons, e-zine articles and forums tips. According to Gopal Prabakar, when issues that affected Valiant Infosys arose in a project, finding the right freelance copywriters to defend the company s position would take hours. Many times, Valiant Infosys avoided some copywriting projects due to the lake of this skills. Gopal Prabakar, who outsourced most of the projects to other freelance writers and hired part-timers to solve the issues raised by the clients. Many rimes, the works done by the part-timers were not accepted by the clients. He and some of the other web developers who created a series of killer sales copy templates and encouraged everyone on the project management team to use these templates. But by 2013 it was obvious that this template work helped us to manage most of the projects effectively and to meet the deadline of the clients. Everyone used some specific formats to which they were most comfortable with, which invariably led to a final product that was inconsistent, difficult to face the client requirements, and often lacked enough writing skills to achieve the annual target. The project management team was wasting a lot of time organizing and implementing the tasks to meet the target. And incomplete projects were putting the company at risk. THE SOLUTION It was around this time that Gopal Prabakar got a good message of AWAI about The Copywriting when he was doing a google search. He was so much interested with the program.
