5 1.1 About E-TIME Group E-TIME GROUP is specialized in manufacture,trade and service of the electronic products,construction materials,logistics and financial line, etc. E-TIME have established more than 10 subsidiary companies and set up sales branch in Europe,America and Middle East. 5

6 1.2 About E-TIME Building Materials E-TIME building materials is branch of E-TIME group, which specialize in R&D, manufacture and sales of construction materials such as building paint series, door series and floor & tile series etc. During many years effort, we have researched and produced some new technical, environmental and weather-resistant building paint products Natural Stone Paint and Glass Heat Insulation Dope. These products are awarded many praises and compliments by customers and dealers when they were put into the market. In order to further develop market, E-TIME establish subsidiary company in U.A.E, USA and set up many distributor in Asia and Europe. Nowadays our products are exported to Asia, North America, Europe, Middle East, etc. E-TIME have excellent R&D team and experienced staffs, we also own a big production base in Guangdong province China and bring in many modern product line, we always follow modern enterprise management mode, grasp product quality control system and cost management system, supply various products and perfect service to every customer. 6

7 1.3 About E-TIME (FZC) E-TIME(FZC) was established in U.A.E, it is a sales company of E-TIME Group, it is main responsible for sales and services about E-TIME construction material products. The main products are E-TIME Nature Stone Paint, Glass Heat Insulation Dope and Wooden Door,etc. E-TIME(FZC) was registered in Sharjah Airport Free Int l Free Zone, which has more than 50 staffs, including 5 management persons, 5 sales, 3 technical persons, 40 construction engineers. In U.A.E, we have a 150m2 office and 600m2 warehouse, According to the development of U.A.E market, we plan to increase construction engineers to U.A.E company in order to enhance the technical ability of E-TIME(FZC). According to the U.A.E market and our production and transport status, we stock a large of mentioned products at our U.A.E warehouse for the requirement of market. Moreover, we have applied a 1000 m2 warehouse for the U.A.E Free Zone government, it will be used in May Then we will increase our construction material products series and our stocks for further developing the U.A.E construction material market. 7

Therefore, face to the energy crisis, every country s government are searching methods to settle this problem, and the heat insulation glass is the most important issues. 22 3.1 About the E-TIME Glass Heat Insulation Dope During several years effort, we developed a new type of transparent adiabatic paint, which owns the technology of the international top level. It has passed the test of national building material center and Institute of Construction Structure of Chinese Academy of Sciences. With excellent selectivity of the spectrum, when the thickness of the film is around 8-9um, its light penetrability is more than 77%. It can prevent the ultraviolet (UV-C nm), which is the main cause of the skin cancer and the furniture destroy, more than 99.7%; prevent the close infrared for more than 80%, can minimize the difference in temperature for more than 8 C and reduce the indoor temperature for 2 C to 5 C, can save the energy for 30%-40%. This is the best choice to upgrade and up to par of the energy saving of the common glass. It can be extensively used on the building glass, car glass, and synthetic glass for transparent adiabatic and energy saving. 22

50 5.2 Construction principle and method Construction principle: according to the principle of earth gravitation and glass strain,make the dope flow from top to bottom itself and form the protect film Construction methods: make the sponge touch the glass surface,slipping it from top to bottom 50
