2 Peace of Mind for Special Occasions Our aim is to ensure that your special occasion or function is complemented by men s formal attire that is smart and in many cases exclusive. Unlike some of our counterparts, we are not agents for other suppliers; most of the outfits we hire are from our own stock. As a result we have full control over the quality and supply of our suits and accessories, plus we offer a full outfit fitting service at the time of booking. It also enables us to source accessories and garments that are often exclusive. Our fully trained staff specialise in looking after formalwear customers on a regular basis and are therefore able to ensure correct dress and fitting procedures. Commitment to quality, service, choice and value are the cornerstones of our business that give our customers Peace of Mind. Free Wedding Suit Hire * When your party hires four or more adult suits for that special day from our Hirewear Collection, we supply the groom s suit hire free! *Offer excludes fancy waistcoats, shirts, shoes and accessories. Buckingham Collection and Highland Wear are also excluded.

3 Wedding Outfit~ Illustrative Examples The price list is straightforward to follow and works like a menu where you Pick & Mix the items you want, rather than receive garments and accessories that you do not need as part of a package. You will appreciate that the outfit permutations are immense; below are a few examples of the most popular ones, to give you an idea for budgeting purposes. *Remember that where there are four or more adults hiring in the wedding party the Groom s Suit is Free (offer does not apply to Highland Wear, or the Buckingham Collection). We recommend that ADW is added to insure against accidental damage on most outfits. 8 Evening Wear As we carry large stocks of evening wear, we recommend only booking up to six days in advance of wearing date. We aim to fit customers on their first visit, but can make any adjustments that are necessary. The only exception to this is on evening tail suits, where it is advisable to book about three to four weeks in advance. 9 Important Information Morning Wear Party Booking Service To help save wedding parties of four or more customers having to wait for attention on Saturdays, we strongly recommend that you use our appointment service. We also offer an evening booking service during peak periods at some of our shops. This is available at certain times of the year only and on certain days. Phone your local branch for further details. Pageboy Outfits Please note with regard to fittings: We recommend children s hirewear be fitted three to five weeks before the event, due to rapid growth spurts. However, please make our staff aware of any children that are part of your wedding party, when making the adult bookings. Proof of Identity Proof of identity (including address) is required before hire orders can be collected. Accidental Damage Waiver 7.50 per outfit for evening wear per outfit for wedding attire. Cover excludes top hats, loss, theft or malicious damage. Optional. Extended Hire Periods If garments are required for an extended period, please state when booking. Any garment 14 days; 1 1 /2 hires, 21 days; 2 hires Ascot Week Hire Charge If garments are required for multiple days during Ascot Week, please state when booking as this period will be charged at 1 1 /2 hires Checking Your Order Customers are responsible for checking and trying on garments after collection to ensure complete satisfaction. We will be happy to rectify or exchange the garments if the customer wishes. Return Procedure Please return your hirewear garments by 10 am on the following trading day after your hire. Garments are often required for other people s functions, so prompt return is essential. Excess hire charges of 10 per day will be made on late returns. See back of Price List for local opening times. Cufflinks Please Note: Most dress shirts require cufflinks to be worn, as they do not have cuff buttons.

Please note: The attached instructions and illustrations are for guidance only and finished knots and blade lengths will vary according to preference and neck size. Alternatively, scan the below code using your smartphone to access our YouTube tutorials. 1 Put the bow tie around your neck and cross end (A) over end (B) 2 Take end (A) back under end (B) How to tie a Full Windsor knot 3 Discard end (A) over your shoulder for a moment 4 Fold end (B) to create a bow shape 1 Put the tie around your neck and cross the longer end over the shorter end 2 Take the longer end back under the shorter end How to tie a Traditional Cravat 3 Bring the longer end up and through the neck loop 4 Now bring the longer end up and back through the neck loop again Traditional Cravat 1 Put the cravat around your neck and cross the longer end over the shorter end 2 Take the longer end back under the shorter end and then bring it back over the shorter end again 4 Now bring the longer end up and through the neck loop. 5 Hold the short end, and with your other hand, gently pull the knot up to the collar
