Accordingly, you are requested to present yourself for the Counselling and document verification as per following programme:- Counselling & Document Verification Date Reporting Time As per List in the web site. F/N 0900 hrs/ AN 1300 hrs Venue NADP, Ambajhari, Nagpur You should bring this Intimation Letter(in original) along with the following documents, in original, and also two copies of each ( Self attested ) thereof for verification and record respectively:- I. Matriculation/High School/Higher Secondary School/equivalent certificate, issued by the State/Central Education Board and not by the Principal/Headmaster of the School/Institution where studied, showing your date of birth(in Christian Era). II. All other certificates (Diploma etc.) in support of your educational/ technical/ professional qualifications and subjects studied at various levels.

2 2 III. IV. As per Notice of Examination, one of the ground of rejection is Do not possess the prescribed qualification for the post on date of application. Thus, you should possess the Qualifying Degree/ Diploma as on You should be able to demonstrate the same from your Certificate. Certificates/documents (issued by the Competent Authorities and in the format as prescribed in the Notice of Examination) in support of your claim of being SC/ST/OBC/Ex- Serviceman/Physically Handicapped. OBC certificate with creamy layer status issued by the Competent Authority as prescribed by DOPT in the prescribed proforma should have been obtained after V. Complete Discharge Certificate in support of your claim of being in Ex-Serviceman Category (if applicable). VI. VII. VIII. IX. In case candidate is appearing as Departmental Candidate against Departmental post, necessary certificate with reference to qualifying period of service from Department concerned may also be furnished. Certificate from the Department (in case you are serving in any Government Department in support of your claim that you have completed three years regular service on the crucial date and also the Departmental endorsement/certificate with particulars, duly verified by your office, in case age relaxation has been sought or claimed accordingly. 2 copies of the enclosed Personal Bio-data sheet duly filled in, with recent Passport size photograph affixed and signed by you. Pl bring it along with you on the date of counselling and document verification. 3 Copies of Attestation form duly filled up in Part I and Part II. In case the column for Educational Qualification (Table at Para 10) is not sufficient, please add extra page and fill up the same particulars as given in the table. You are advised to bring out, if any Court Case / FIR is pending against you. You must come with an additional ID proof ( Aadhaar Card / Voter ID/ PAN Card/ Govt ID Card/ Driving License ) with a photocopy of the same. 3. In case you are already in Government service/department and your application has not been forwarded through proper channel, a "No Objection Certificate" from your present employer to this effect, should also be produced. 4. If you do not produce any of the above mentioned documents in original (along with their attested copies) which are required for determining qualification, your claim to the vacancy of Ordnance factories may be forfeited. 5. No travelling or other expenses will be paid by NADP for attending the Counselling and document verification. However, eligible SC/ST candidates attending the Counselling and document verification will be reimbursed to and fro ll Class Railway fare or bus fare chargeable by the shortest route, provided that the fare of the first 30 kms in both cases is borne by the candidate. No extra charges, if any. incurred for reserving seats/ sleeping berths in the train, will, however, be reimbursed to the candidate. The candidate must furnish details like distance of travelling, mode of travel, ticket number, actual fare paid by the candidate etc. SC/ST candidate in service and under the Central/State Government, Corporation, Public

3 3 Sector Undertakings, local Government institutions/panchayat will not, however, be eligible for such reimbursement. 6. Any change in your present postal address, Mobile number & id should be communicated to this office at once indicating your Roll No., name of the examination and the post applied for and the changed address. 7. Your candidature is Provisional. You must, therefore, ensure that you fulfill all the qualifying criteria laid down in the advertisement/notice of the Examination. If at any stage it is found that you do not fulfill any of the qualifying criteria, your candidature will be cancelled and no appeal against such cancellation will be entertained. The fact that you have been called for Counselling and document verification does not confer any right to be treated as qualifying in all aspects for appointment. To avoid any disappointment at a later stage, you are advised to recheck whether you meet all the qualifying criteria laid down on the crucial date prescribed for the examination in question. 8. Please note that date, time and venue of Counselling & Document Verification is final and no request for change will be entertained. In case you fail to attend the Counselling & Document Verification, it will be presumed that you are not interested in the post and your candidature will be treated as "cancelled". No further correspondence will be entertained in this regard. However, NADP may entertain your application based on justified reasons at a second date (after allotting vacancies on Merit to those candidates who will report, without considering your case). 9. NADP will not be responsible for late/non-receipt of this letter (as being sent by id given by the candidate in application form and notified the same in the website). 10. Please note that there is no interview.based on your score in Written Test, your seniority and posting will be decided. 11. 4 4 Transport: NADP is located 18 km away from Railway station (Nagpur City Jn.). Although Nagpur has many stations, it is preferable that candidates get down at Nagpur Central and come out from Main Exit on Platform no 1. NADP is located inside Ordnance factory Estate popularly known as Defence. Regular Bus Services with 10 minutes frequency is available from Sitabuldi, adjacent to both Nagpur Central Railway Station and Gitanjali ISBT. Sitabuldi is 2 km from Nagpur Central Railway Station and 5 km from Gitanjali ISBT. Candidates can take pre-paid Auto, which is available at Nagpur Central Railway station. They charge around 270 for one way trip during day time. You have to come on the Amravati Road and at the 8 th Mile Gate, you have to take a Left turn through the Large Entrance Gate. Drive straight for almost 1 km, road leading towards Ordnance Factory Ambajhari. You will find NADP on the right hand side. Anybody wishing to take Local bus services must come to Sitabuldi to avail public City Transport. City Buses have different platform. Bus Number from Sitabuldi to NADP ( Defence) is 201. It leaves from a platform opposite to Mure Memorial Hospital. Fare is 19. Candidates will have to get down at Satpuda House Stop (Next stop after 8 th Mile). NADP is on the left side of the road opposite to Stadium. Travel Time from Sitabuldi to NADP is approximately 25 Minutes by Public Transport. Accommodation: There are many Hotels around Nagpur Central Railway station within 1 km radius. Candidates may also use Railway Accommodation. There are Hotels beyond 5 km from NADP.
