Note: Booth assignments are made on a 1st come, 1st served basis Important Exhibitor Information By registering to be an exhibitor or sponsor at the 2016 VPMA State Technical Meeting, each company and all of their representatives present agree to the following: The exhibitor assumes the entire responsibility and liability for losses, damages, and claims arising out of the exhibitor s activities on the hotel premises and will indemnify, defend and hold harmless VPMA, the hotel, its agents, servants and employees from any and all such losses, damages and claims. Each exhibitor agrees to represent his/her booth throughout the STM, beginning Wednesday at 7:45 am through the lunch time on Thursday (est. 1:30 pm). Each table-top exhibit space will include a table and one chair. Complimentary wireless internet connection is available in the exhibit area. Please be considerate of traffic flow and other exhibitors visiblity. VPMA reserves the right to request that any materials causing an obstruction be removed. VPMA and the Hotel cannot ensure the security of items left unattended in the exhibit areas. Please be sure to remove all valuables from your booth when it is unattended.

In addition to tabletop exhibit space, the package includes: Booth space (you select) in the corridor outside the meeting room. Standup time in front of the attendees! Each sponsor and exhibitor will participate in the Exhibitor Showcase, a chance to introduce yourself and your company to the owners and managers on the management day, September 21. Tradeshow exposure to all attendees during each of the breaks and special events. We make every effort to encourage attendees to visit all exhibitors.
