Investment opportunities and incentives, Special Economic Zones Special Economic Zone is an administratively separate part of Polish territory, in which more favourable business conditions are created. SEZ offers preferential tax conditions, as well as special premises on which enterprenuers may conduct business activities and be exempted from the income tax. CIT tax exemptions: for the new investment project (cannot exceed 40% of the investment expenditure) for the new jobs creation (cannot exceed 40% of the two-year`s labour costs) 17

Our mission is to support sustainable development of Lower Silesia. We execute it through developing competitiveness of economic sphere and export, regional promotion, support and promotion of domestic companies, their products and services on foreign markets, as well as service for investors in settlement and developing their business in Lower Silesia Region.
