NO-SHOW FEE Participation in both conferences is free of charge, but if you have signed up and fail to show, we will be charging you a fee of 300 DKK to cover the costs for food and drinks. Well, maybe not quite, but the city is easy to reach by car (via the E45), by train (two trains every hour from Copenhagen during peak hours) or by plane (12 daily flights to and from Copenhagen + several con- necting flights to Amsterdam Shiphol). The AAU CREATE Building is located at the waterfront at the center of the town between the Utzon Center and the House of Music. PARKING If you travel by car, you will find a range of different car parks in the city centre. All of them require that you buy a ticket. The nearest one is the underground car park directly below the AAU Create building with entrance from Nyhavnsgade. ACCOMODATION Aalborg has hotels and hostels to cater for most budgets.
