If NLP Train Coach is unable to process any of my payments I will be responsible for an alternative payment arrangement and any resulting processing fees. is owned by Empowering Spirit Pty Ltd. 5 Payment Plan Terms: 1. Payment in full is required by the nominated term end date as stated in the payment schedule. 2. Failed credit card payments towards a Payment Plan will be charged a $10 Account Keeping Fee to cover follow up costs. It is then the responsibility of the customer to arrange an alternative payment method for the failed payment. 3. Payment by Bank Transfer is expected to reach the account of NLP Train Coach / Empowering Spirit Pty Ltd by 1 st day of the payment month. Any delay may require you to provide a credit card as alternative payment method. 4. Accounts referred to a Collection Agency or Solicitor will have all legal costs and commission added to the amount due. 5. The customer covenants that the information provided in this application is true and correct. 6. Customers with a Payment Plan Agreement may only receive Affiliate Program Commissions as a deduction towards their total outstanding invoice, as per the Affiliate Program Agreement. 7. Should a customer fall behind with their payments, NLP Train Coach reserves the right to release their place in the nominated course until payments are up to date. NLP Train Coach will hold any payments already made and seek to place the customer in a later course until the full fees have been paid. 8. Enrolment cancellation notification must be submitted in writing and a cancellation charge will be invoiced to the customer in accordance with Cancellation Terms and Conditions as outlined below. The existing payment agreement will be terminated and replaced with the cancellation policy. Outstanding payment will then be required within 14 days of the cancellation invoice being issued. Cancellation terms and conditions: If you choose to cancel your enrolment for any reason other than within the cooling off period identified in Paragraph 2, you will receive a credit for the total amount you have paid less the value of any products received with your enrolment as listed in Paragraph 2 and your deposit. Credits may not be claimed as refunds but may be applied towards an enrolment in any other seminar offered by NLP Train Coach. Cancellation Summary Cancellation within the following time periods will incur a cancellation charge: Cancellation within 5 days of enrolment: Loss of deposit and cost of materials received. Cancellation within 30 days of enrolment: 50% of total agreed course package cost Cancellation 30 days after enrolment: Full course payment charged All cancellations must be submitted in writing to NLP Train Coach Office. Once notification of cancellation has been received, an invoice will be forwarded to you for immediate payment with 14 days. This cancellation policy replaces any payment plan agreement or otherwise.
