2 1. What is the difference between Qualified Individual and Qualified Partner? AdWrds Qualified Individual Anyne wh passes bth the Fundamentals exam and ne advanced exam, and cmplies with ur prgram terms and cnditins, can achieve Individual Qualificatin. There is n minimum spend requirement. Cmpanies must successfully enrll in the Ggle AdWrds Certificatin Prgram (have at least ne emplyee wh is individually qualified and be linked t an MCC with a managed spend f at least $10,000 ver the last 90 days) in rder t earn the right t use the Ggle Certified Partner badge. 2. Where can I sign up? Set up yur AdWrds Certificatin Prgram Accunt at adwrds.ggle.cm/prfessinals/accunt. Make sure yu are signed in with the Ggle accunt (= address) yu wuld like t use fr the exam.

3 3. Why shuld I get certified? Whether yu're an individual r a cmpany, yu can demnstrate yur prficiency in AdWrds by jining the Ggle AdWrds Certificatin Prgram. It's a glbally recgnized stamp f apprval which shwcases knwledge f the latest AdWrds tls and best practice techniques and will enable yu t effectively manage AdWrds campaigns. 4. Hw many exams are there? There are 3* exams: Fundamentals Exam (requires a biannual refresh) Advanced Exams (requires an annual refresh) * The Reprting and Analysis exam will be remved fr all languages nce the ther 3 mdules have been updated.

4 5. Where can I prepare fr the exam? The GCP Help Center is yur ne-stp shp fr all questins and training resurces related t the exams. Even if yu have wrked with AdWrds befre, it is recmmended t revise the learning material there. Yu access the site at: supprt.ggle.cm/adwrds/ certificatin Yu can change the language f the GCP Help Center at the bttm f the page.

5 6. Hw much time d I have fr each exam? All exams cnsist f ~100 questins f different types and have a time limit f tw hurs (120 minutes). Once yu begin, yu can't pause the timer. Therefre, it's imprtant that yu take the exam in a lcatin where yu wn't be disturbed. If yur cmputer shuts dwn r yur brwser windw clses, the exam's time clck will cntinue. While yu can resume the exam, the lst time can't be regained. 7. What is the passing scre fr each exam? The passing scre fr the Ggle Certified Partner exams varies by exam: Ggle Advertising Fundamentals exam, passing scre = 85% Search Advertising Advanced exam, passing scre = 80% Display Advertising Advanced exam, passing scre = 70% If yu fail yu can try again after seven days. Please nte that yu'll have t pay the registratin cst (r use a new vucher cde) each time yu take the exam 8. Hw much is the exam fee? Unless yu have a vucher fr the exam fee, each exam csts US $50. If yu're paying in a currency ther than U.S. dllars, yur credit card cmpany will autmatically cnvert this int the equivalent in yur lcal currency. Please nte that this is a nnrefundable expense. Yu'll have t pay this cst each time yu take the exam.

6 9. If I have a vucher fr the exam fee, d I need a new ne fr each exam? Nt if yu pass. Yu d need a new vucher (r pay US$ 50 fr the exam) if yu fail and wish t retake that exam r g n t take a new ne. 10. Where d I take the exam? 7 11. D I need t use my wrk accunt r can I use my private address? In fact we recmmend that yu use yur private address since this means that the exam(s) will still be assciated with yu if yu decide t leave the agency/cmpany. 12. Hw can I link my individual certificatin with my agency s that it can becme a Ggle Certified Partner? First, yur agency needs t set up a Cmpany Prfile at adwrds.ggle.cm/prfessinals/accunt, then g t the Accunt Access menu and invite yu t assciate yur individual accunt with their cmpany accunt by sending an invitatin t the address assciated with yur exams:

8 13. Where can I find my Candidate ID? It is listed in the My Exams menu f yur certificatin accunt 14. Will I get a badge? Yes, if yu are an agency and meet all criteria t becme a Ggle Certified Partner (see Questin 1) N, if yu are a qualified individual. Hwever, yu will get a certificate and yu'll als have an Individual Prfile page that yu can share with interested parties; yu manage the infrmatin that ges in this prfile page in the Prfile tab in yur accunt, and yu can enable the page t be published nce yu're qualified. 15. Hw d I register my agency fr Ggle Partner Search? Sign in t yur accunt and visit the Cmpany Prfile page. There, yu can update yur cmpany descriptin and service infrmatin, and verify that everything is crrect. Remember, these fields will be used in yur public prfile page, and lack f service infrmatin might mean that yur cmpany might nt be fund in results pages. T pt in t the search results, visit "My Cmpany" and chse "Prfile." Under "Prfile visibility," select "enabled" next t "Appear in Partner search.
