32 Conclusions Job qualifications gap for those with an Associate s Degree or Higher. We ve solved this gap in the past by migrating educated individuals into the State. Large population already in Georgia who could fill the gap 48% growth rate between From 1.6 million in 2000 to 2.4 million in 2010
