The banquet is being held at the Westin Chicago River North, and the golf outing is being held at Haborside International Golf Course, Chicago. These two events most generally have 250 member in attendance every year. They are the largest events ITLA is proud to own. You will have the opportunity to receive tickets to our prestigious banquet and exhibit at our golf outing. These events you most certainly won t want to miss. We are also proud of our second Banquet & Golf Outing that takes place in June. This enjoyable event is held at the prestigious Clinton Hill Golf Course in beautiful Southern Illinois. This beautiful 18-hole golf course is located on land that features rolling hills, grassy knolls, and a picturesque landscape. These surroundings ensure relaxation while still being only twenty minutes away from the stimulating city of downtown St. Louis. This event has approximately 150 of our members in attendance every year. You have opportunities to set up a booth (includes 6 foot, skirted table with 2 chairs) at the golf outing tent and/or set up a 4 foot table at one of the holes. This outing enables you to network with members, give away prizes and/or sponsor holes, beer and beverages. elegacy supporters may attend both the golf outings (Northern & Southern, IL) & banquets, including setting up a booth at the golf outings, sponsoring company giveaway prizes, sponsoring holes and beer, and will receive 4 tickets total that will apply at either banquet. ebenefactors may attend the Northern Illinois banquet in June at the Westin Chicago River North. 3 e Marketing & Networking Opportunities f JUDICIAL & LEGISLATIVE NIGHT DINNER Judicial and Legislative Night Dinners are held twice a year. These are the supreme social events of the organization to attend and mingle with attorneys, legislators and judges. It begins with a cocktail reception, followed by a brief welcome from the President of the Association, and ends with a fabulous dinner. This is the perfect opportunity to mingle, build relationships and network with our members in a relaxed social atmosphere. The rst dinner takes place in September at Busch Stadium in St. Louis just minutes from the Savvis Center, Union Station, and the Gateway Arch. Approximately 100 members, legislators and judges are in attendance for this event. The second dinner also takes place in September at the exclusive Union League Club in Chicago. For nearly 140 years, the Union League Club of Chicago has upheld the sacred obligations of citizenship, promoted honesty and ef ciency in government, supported cultural institutions and the beauti cation of the city and supported our nation s military and their families. elegacy supporters may attend both judicial nights & receive a total of 4 tickets for one or both events. ebenefactors may attend both judicial nights & receive a total of 2 tickets for one or both events. esponsors may attend both judicial nights; however, tickets are not included. LEGISLATIVE RECEPTION A Legislative Reception is held every April at ITLA s Headquarters in Spring eld. This is another grand opportunity for you to socialize with our members in a relaxed and casual setting. Be sure to mingle with attorneys and legislators in this comfortable social arrangement to once again build those relationships and network. 4 e Marketing & Networking Opportunities f SEMINARS Seminars are an excellent way to reach our members. ITLA presents some of the best seminars in the nation! We hand pick sensational topics that are currently affecting the practice of our members and nd the most experienced, renowned speakers to address each topic in an informative, remarkable and appealing way. We have eight seminars per year: ve are in Chicago or West Suburban Chicago at locations such as the radiant and upscale Westin Hotel or the glorious Oak Brook Hills Marriott Resort. A seminar is held St. Louis and one is in the spectacular and vibrant Las Vegas where anything that happens in Vegas stays in Vegas! As an exhibitor at our seminars, you are entitled to a 6 foot skirted table with 2 chairs in ITLA s registration and coffee break areas. ITLA seminar attendance ranges from 100 to 225 members. An attendance list will be sent to you before the seminar. A complete list of attendees will be sent in the form of mailing labels after the seminar to enable you further follow up. To provide futher exposure for our business partners, ITLA plays a slide show listing the names of our business partners during the presentations of the Chicago seminars. Exhibitors also receive a full page ad in the course handbook, which is given to each seminar attendee and sold continuously after the seminar. Deadline for the artwork is 14 days prior to the seminar. The course handbook normally contains over 250 pages of material in a three ring binder and is used by many lawyers within a rm. Exhibitors have the option to provide breaks and lunches. elegacy supporters may exhibit at eight seminars annually. Company name will be listed on ITLA seminar brochures. MAILING LIST Another valuable way of reaching our ITLA Members is through speci c mailings approved by ITLA. Our Membership Lists come in one-time only use PS (pressure-sensitive) labels and are available in zip or alpha order. Sorry, no s or disks available. Mailing labels may be purchased in addition to other bene ts. The cost is $500 for the entire membership. Payment and a sample of what will be mailed must be sent to ITLA for pre-approval prior to the label shipment. elegacy vendors receive 4 sets of mailing labels annually for preapproved mailings.

5 e Marketing & Networking Opportunities f PUBLICATIONS Newsletter ITLA publishes a member newsletter 9 times per year. Each issue includes current tort briefs and news as well as recent legislative, judicial and executive announcements and actions. Four issues contain a message from our president. It is eight pages printed in full color on glossy paper. Open advertising in the newsletter has never been available in the past. This in an exclusive opportunity to reach ITLA members. elegacy members will receive a full color ad in 5 issues annually. There are 3 available ad sizes: 2.25 w x 2.25 h; w x 1.15 h; and 7.5 w x 0.75 h. Membership Directory The membership directory is published once a year. The directory contains an alphabetical and city list of all ITLA members as well as of cers and board members. Often used references included in this directory are the Illinois Legislative list and state judicial maps. elegacy members will receive a full page, full color ad. The 8.5 w x 11 h ad should be submitted as a pdf. Trial Journal magazine Our Trial Journal magazine, one of Illinois best read magazines by attorneys representing injured consumers and workers, (published semi-annually) has a circulation of 3,500 members, legislators, and judges. Each issue of the Journal offers Feature Articles of timely signi cance to our legal system as well as Practice Tips to help our members further sharpen their skills. Ads should be submitted in Adobe Acrobat pdf format at 300 dpi. We are not responsible for ads sent in color to be converted to B/W.
