3 Coaching has proven to be an ever more effective instrument for developing talent, increasing employee involvement and reducing staff turnover. We believe every manager could benefit from developing a coaching mindset and mastering coaching competencies. In practice, we see that managers relatively rarely implement coaching. This is partly due to limited experience with coaching and sometimes due to insufficient skills in this area. Our internationally certified programmes are followed by executives, managers and professionals who put development high on their agendas. After following our course, you will have the knowledge, skills and self-confidence needed to effectively implement coaching to achieve more professional and personal impact. The Performance Coach (TPC) has been organising educative training for approximately 15 years. About six months ago, we started to offer this training also in the Benelux. We are very happy with the positive feedback since then (see also p.15): 70% participants describe their experience with TPC as excellent. 100% participants would recommend TPC to colleagues or acquaintances. A mix of inspiring exchanges between participants, strong psychological and management foundations, practical instruments and plenty of exercises in a safe environment. Techniques that leaders are able to use to update their management styles. An international programme with an experienced and diverse group of participants who have earned their stripes in the business world. Guidance from a leading international team of executive coaches/trainers/facilitators Coaching done in this way is something I could apply every day at the office. For me, the quality of the materials, the theory, the practice and the style of facilitation are all exceptional. They created a learning environment for genuine breakthroughs. Coaching is like swimming. You can read books about it. Or you can try it out and practice. Use it or lose it. The trainers have undeniably deep academic knowledge and experience about coaching and leadership. This clearly comes from making it accessible to others and underlines their credibility and professionalism. The better the question, the better the answer. This will help me enormously in my conversations with clients. 70 % of the participants would describe their experience with TPC as excellent. 100% of the participants would recommend TPC to their colleagues or acquaintances. 15

17 Annelieke Jense Executive Coach & Facilitator Managing Partner TPC Netherlands Annelieke is the Managing Partner of The Performance Coach in the Netherlands. She has worked as a coach and trainer in the business world for 20 years, 8 of which were in the UK. Annelieke works with everyone who is prepared to put their own functioning under the microscope; Directors, Partners, Managers and Professionals. She has a Master of Science (MSc) in Social Psychology, specialising in Group Dynamics, as well as an MSc in Coaching and Development. Deborah is a highly experienced trainer, consultant, facilitator and executive (team) coach. Her background and experience are rooted in both research and business life. Deborah worked for twelve years in Consulting, first as an advisor and then as a senior organisation expert. She has been educated in Executive Coaching, Team Coaching and Cross-cultural Coaching from international schools recognised by the International Coach Federation (ICF) and the European Mentoring & Coaching Council (EMCC). 18 Frouke Horstmann Executive Coach & Facilitator TPC Netherlands Frouke has an extensive background in Human Resources, working on a management level within international companies. Frouke provides guidance for leadership programmes, teams, is an executive coach and trains managers and professionals in coaching. She works for a variety of commercial and non-profit organisations. She is an Organisation & Social Psychologist and an accredited Coach, Counsellor & Team Coach. Sandro's contact with coaching began approximately 15 years ago in Brazil, when he developed from a private English teacher to an English-speaking sparring partner. He works intensively together with a variety of people in leading multinationals. Sandro has a post-graduate degree in Executive Coaching from the VU Amsterdam and is currently pursuing his MSc at the Ashridge Business school. 19 Andrea Cardillo Executive Coach & Facilitator Managing Partner TPC Italy Andrea is Managing Partner of The Performance Coach in Italy and also a member of the International Coaching Federation (Italy). With an academic background in psychology and philosophy, Andrea is today an experienced trainer and coach who is especially focused on HR development, leadership and socially responsible entrepreneurship. Andrea also works on a voluntary basis for WYSE, a UN-sponsored NGO that assists young leaders around the world in their professional and personal development. Maleene has a background in Health Sciences. She has around 15 years of experience with the development of professionals, teams and leadership. She is an accredited coach (Hudson Institute for Coaching, Santa Barbara, USA) and is also trained in other areas such as Career Transition Coaching. Maleene is author of the book Ambitie met een grote M - voluit level als medicus, moeder en mijzelf about living life to the max as a physician, mother and as herself.
