Your journey commences with the application of a warmed cherry blossom and rice powder exfoliating cream. Inspired by Japanese tradition, our signature foot massage, based on reflexology, revives vital energy while melted aromatic shea butter brings blissful relaxation. ProSpa Professional products required Hanakasumi Ritual kit - 1 tube of Cherry Blossom, Rice Powder Gommage - Shea butter with Asian essences 1 Tablespoon and 2 teaspoons 1 Perfume burner with candle 2 Soft exfoliating towels (one for the front & one for the back of the body) Professional Products Cherry Blossom and Rice Powder Gommage A velvety soft exfoliating cream granular free for all skin types. Delicate scent with Cherry Tree Blossom extract and notes of black pepper, honeysuckle flower, cedar and white musk. Incorporates essential oils of vanilla, ciste flower and ylang ylang. Papaya, lemon - enzymatic exfoliation, radiance. & sorbitol complex. Rice Powder - gives a soft creamy texture to the gommage Shea Butter with Asian essences Nourishing, skin softening shea butter from the nut of the tree. The product has the same scent as the Cherry Blossom and Rice Powder Gommage. Shea Butter - nourishes, softens, repairs and hydrates. Soft Exfoliating Towels Pack of 10 reusable towels 100% nylon. 2 towels are used for each treatment Machine washable. Do NOT tumble dry. 14

3 Ritual Protocol 50 or 80mins Dry room Preparation Place the Shea Butter with Asian Essences in the perfume burner do NOT light the candle. Place the tube of Cherry Blossom and Rice Powder Gommage in a bowl of hot water or hot towel cabi. Prepare 2 towels in a hot towel cabi or Aroma-diffuser Awakening Prelude 5 minutes Perform the specific movements on the back of the body over the draping to induce relaxation, well being and stimulate the senses in preparation for the ritual. Exfoliation w/ Cherry Blossom and Rice Powder Gommage (10 minutes) 1 tube per treatment - apply almost all of the contents of the tube to the body First apply the warm gommage along the spine then continue on the rest of the back and the back of the legs long flowing movements. Turn the client and apply on the abdomen, arms, legs and feet. Leave the gommage to work for 10 to 25 minutes, during this time proceed to the foot massage. Plantar Digi foot massage (10 25 minutes) Apply the remaining Cherry Blossom Rice Powder Gommage to the feet and lower legs and perform the specific foot massage found at the back of the training manual. Exfoliation with Soft Exfoliating Towels (10 minutes) Light the candle to warm the Shea butter with Asian essences in the perfume burner. Remove the gommage and invigorate the body with the Soft exfoliating towels. Using one of the techniques pictured below, begin on the abdomen, then arms and legs. Turn the client, take the 2 nd soft exfoliating towel and continue the exfoliation on the back, the back of the arms, back of legs and finish with the feet. Wrapping technique (hands parallel) Sliding technique (one hand on top of the other) Relaxation full body massage with melted Shea butter with Asian Essence. (15-30 minutes) Relaxing massage - begin with the back of the body then continue the massage on the front. Treatment Finale To absorb excess product, over the draping apply pressures on the shoulders, down the arms, on the hands, thighs, above and below the knee and ankle. ProSpa Professional products Required Ginger Exfoliating Balm 3 tablespoons Hydra-Aromatic Granita 3 tablespoons Marula Massage oil 3 tablespoons and 1 teaspoon Oriental Cocktail 3 tablespoons 3 Gauze and ties 3 Balinese pebbles 1 Perfume burner with candle Ritual Protocol min Dry room Preparation Prepare the 3 aromatic bags with the pebbles and Oriental Cocktail. Place Aromatic Granita and Marula Massage Oil in the perfume burner. Following Awakening Prelude light the candle of the burner, once melted place all 3 aromatic bags in the warming oil. Awakening Prelude Perform the specific movements on the back of the body (5 minutes) over the draping to induce relaxation, well-being and stimulate the senses in preparation for the ritual. Note:- Light the candle in the perfume burner. Exfoliation Start on the front of the body. Apply a small amount of the Ginger Exfoliating Balm to an area and work in until penetrated, move on to another area. When the application is complete on this side of the body return to first area and remove the balm with gentle rubbing / circular movements. Remove final residues with warm towels Repeat on the back of the body. Relaxation massage with the Aromatic Bags Start on the back of the body; follow the unique massage technique. Soothes the body, energizes tired muscles and induces wellness. 16

5 Treatment Finale Apply a hot towel to the feet to remove excess oils. According to the needs of the guest, you may wish to blot any excess from the rest of the body with a dry towel. Exfoliation Start on the back of the body. Apply a light layer of the Hydrating Marine Benefits to the back of the body with effleurage. Immediately follow with the application of the Marine Salt Mix using light movements. Turn the guest and repeat the application steps on the front of the body. Do not remove or rinse the salt mix. Slimness Alchemy Wrap Mix ½ cup of the wrapping powder with 2/3 cup of warm water, add 5 drops of the Slimness Essential Oil. Apply to the thighs, hips and buttocks. Wrap with a plastic sheet, then a heating blanket or foil. Peel-Off Firmness Wrap Mix ¾ cup of the wrapping powder with 2/3 cup tepid water, add 5 drops of Tonifying Essential Oil. Wrapping Place a plastic sheet under the legs and buttocks. Mix 1 cup of the Freshness Wrap for Lighter Legs with 1½ cup of tepid water and apply it on the legs, from the ankles to the buttocks in upward lifting movements. Wrap the legs in the plastic sheet. 18 Removal Remove all blankets and open the plastic sheet. Gently remove the bulk of the Freshness Wrap with a spatula in upward movements and then remove the remaining wrap with warm towels. ProSpa Professional products required Exfoliating Scrub 3 tablespoons Instant Radiance Spray 2 tablespoons Thermale Gel 1 cup Bi-Osmosis Massage Cream 2-3 tablespoons Ritual Protocol 60 min Wet room Preparation Prepare the table with protective paper or towel, a plastic sheet and a heating or foil blanket. Warm the Instant Radiance Spray and the Thermal Gel Measure 1 cup of the Thermal Gel. In a separate bowl take 30ml (2 TBS) of the Instant Radiance Spray. Place both bowls into a Bain-Marie or hot towel cabi to warm. Exfoliation Start on the back of the body, uncover the back of one leg. Apply a small amount of the warmed Instant Radiance Spray using long stroking movements immediately followed by the application of the Exfoliating Scrub using circular movements. 20 Removal Remove all blankets and assist the client to the shower. Remove plastic sheet just before entering shower. Do not use any cleansing product, a small cloth / towel may aid removal. Relaxation Massage (25 min) Take 2 3 TBS of the Bi-Osmosis Massage Cream. Perform a relaxing body massage. Treatment Finale Apply a hot towel to the feet to remove excess cream. According to the needs of the guest, you may wish to blot any excess from the rest of the body with a dry towel.
