Lumesse Private Cloud With this option, your talent management solution will be hosted in a dedicated environment in the Lumesse Private Cloud, at one of our secure datacentres in either the UK, Germany, Switzerland, Norway, Singapore, USA or China. Our private cloud hosting provides greater control, lower total cost of ownership, less demand on your internal IT resources and greater flexibility. We are certified against ISO and we have SOC1 Type 2 (ISAE 3402) reports available for our customers. Customer Private Cloud If you are already using a private cloud provider to host your other business systems, you may wish to include Lumesse talent management solutions as well. If having a single cloud provider is the preference of your IT department, Lumesse will support this process and you will still enjoy the same access to innovation as clients opting for the Lumesse Private Cloud. On-Premise You may choose to run our talent management solutions in-house because you already have the infrastructure and teams in place to manage them, or because you have specific regulatory and security requirements. With this option you will still have access to upgrades and the latest innovation, as releases will always be made available to all customers at the same time.
