1 These indicators were compiled from a variety of resources and people as classroom examples to assist teachers in the process of identifying strategies to implement in the classroom that align with the rofessional ractices section of the Instructional ersonnel erformance Appraisal System. 1

2 imension 2: Learning Environment Element 1: Creates and maintains a safe and organized learning environment.
